→ PARKING NOTES: All AQUA guests must be pre registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $35.00 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).

→ DAMAGE WAIVER: There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation provided by Safely Insurance!

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

Space for 6 Adults

This was a wonderful property. The 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with dining area and family room were perfect for our group of 6. Great separation between the bedrooms. Host was an excellent communicator and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Aqua Resort 2003

Out of all the years I’ve stayed in PCB, this was the best condo. The owner was very responsive with every question I had. The unit was super clean, cool, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Also plenty of seating and sleeping space! Would 10/10 stay here again!
