SPACIOUS, updated, 9th Floor, 1131 square feet, well-maintained condo has everything you need for the PERFECT family vacation. We are committed to making your vacation one to create happy and relaxing family memories. The extras we provide in our condo are extras which are family friendly with YOU and YOUR family in mind. We hope you Relax & Enjoy!! Condo located directly ON the BEACH with no roads to cross. Sit on balcony and watch the ocean!

Spectacular views of the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the open living floor plan. Less than 1 mile from Pier Park for many restaurants, entertainment and shopping choices!

This condo is unique from others with same floor plan as it has a door for privacy on the bunkroom..not an opening from the hallway, but a door which can be closed so the bunk room has the same privacy as the other bedrooms! You get 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms! Note- bunkroom is small and not a full size bedroom..although perfect sleeping space for your vacay!

The RESORT has an on-site movie theatre, Roman Spa--2 Jacuzzi's overlooking the ocean, Workout Facility, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools, 2 Outdoor Jacuzzi's, on-site restaurant- Tides, on-site sundries store, on-site TIKI bar and on-site rentals of jet skis, beach chair set-up, banana boat and parasailing.

Please know that our condo will be cleaned between each guest and surfaces will be cleaned according to CDC guidelines.

The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us It was clean and had all the amenities we needed There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. The only draw back were the elevators were very slow and had to allow extra time for travel.

Wonderful getaway

Property was lovely. Well appointed, clean, beautiful room with spectacular views. Check in was stressful. There is an additional fee you don’t find out about until the last few emails. And the elevator situation. I won’t stay here ever again because of the elevators. Be prepared to wait an hour, no joke, or take the stairs. For an older person like me that was not easy. And the front desk people are very rude. Especially one lady. She was no help when I was trying to find out why I had another fee that’s not stated in the listing.

We had 6 teens and 2 adults. Space for all! Comfortable beds and clean condo. Everything we needed when cooking. Beautiful view, relaxing vacation. Close to restaurants and all the shopping a teen and adult could wish for! Will definitely be back!

Great location

I was wanting to stay close to pier park and this was perfect for that. It's also on the more family friendly side of the beach so it's perfect for a family with young children. The elevators can somewhat be a hassle,but also that's pretty much anywhere you go. The Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything you needed. We also saw Dolphins almost every morning right in front of our room. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time—plenty of space for us, in-laws and three teens. Everything we needed, lovely condo! Owner was very responsive to wifi questions. As others have said, the elevators are the only issue with the property in general. At 10am and 4pm expect big wait times. But the condo itself was wonderful!

Beautiful Condo, very comfortable!

This condo was just as pretty as the pictures! My kids loved the fun bunk room! We had 4 adults and 3 children and it was very comfortable for all. We would definitely stay here again! The location was great! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the beautiful view. We went parasailing right in front of the condo! Barbara was great and easy to get ahold of! Checking in and out was all done online so we didn't have to stand in the long line! All together it was a wonderful trip and we hope to do it again soon!
