“Luxurious beach living, blanketed in a laid-back vibe" (from one of our very first guests!) is the perfect way to describe V Beach House.

Situated along a residential stretch of the beach, the house is halfway between the iconic Venice Boardwalk and the Venice Fishing Pier. Sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and bars are in both directions. Volleyball courts are out the front door and everything from surf boards to bikes are available to rent within a 5 minute walk.

Exceptional House and Sunsets
We spent the Thanksgiving week at this perfect location. Our family enjoyed playing games on the beach, surfing, boogie boarding and just hanging out together. The location is perfect and the views were spectacular. Each night we watched the sunset from the comfort of the home. The house fit well with our kids needs. There was one minor issue with the heater. The property manager was quick to get a handyman out to fix it without disruption to our plans. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Definitely 10 out of 10. Our host was amazing, answered all my emails quick. The house was beyond my expectations. Clean, beautiful decor, well stocked with games, beach outings, water guns, nerf guns, even a Harry Potter room soo much fun. , bedrooms, and bathrooms well stocked with soft blankets, towels and sunscreen. Kitchen had every spice you can think of and the coffee was delicious and the gift basket was very thoughtful. The only bad thing was, it was time to go home

Great for family gathering
The location right on the beach is wonderful. We could walk out the door and play volleyball, go to the beach, walk to the skate park, playground, bike…The house is beautifully equipped with games, beach toys, volleyball, puzzles, beach towels….nice TV. They’ve really thought of everything. The house is very secure. The views from the dining area are beautiful. Beds comfortable. It would be nice if there were a door between the kitchen and the hideabed sleeping area right next to the kitchen which is the music room. The garage is a big help for parking. Walking to restaurants, markets…is easy. The Venice canals are very close and a lovely walk. You can’t go wrong with this lovely property.

Tried to stay longer!!!
We have stayed in LOTS of Rental homes, but this one FAR exceeded our expectations! The owners were very responsive and accommodating, the house was perfectly located right on the beach…easy to wake up to incredible views, and great people watching. Decorated with an eye for detail & style, this home had every amenity that a family could ask for—including nerf guns, water guns & more! Plenty of little extra touches make this rental an absolute blast to stay at while visiting LA. Thanks again, Johanna & family!

Venice Beach Perfection
A hidden treasure with actual hidden treasures! Look no further if you are looking to stay ON the beach, in Venice Beach. Walking distance to Santa Monica, it was the perfect location for us. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you can’t beat the spectacular view of sand, ocean and people exercising. The house is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in by far! It’s completely stocked with EVERYTHING!!! Games, toys, electronics, sunscreen, towels, gorgeous decor, super comfy beds, gorgeous bedrooms, the many sitting areas with books, instruments, nerf guns, beach toys and hidden treasures . My entire family had a blast! As far as cleanliness, I am super sensitive to certain smells and dust. This place was immaculate and I loved that the bathrooms were stocked with vegan & allergy friendly products. The rooftop terrace was my favorite area by the way. The breeze and sun felt incredible. The owners took such care to make sure their guests can just RELAX. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday with my family. And the owners were lovely to work with. I cannot wait to come back!!!
