It was a delight having Michael and family! Easy guests that were very familiar with the location. I would love to host them again for another family gathering.
We loved staying here! It was just perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room and all the amenities you could want. It is centrally located between Bryce, Zion, and Escalante., and Cedar Breaks is just 20 minutes away. Super easy check in and great communication by our host. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure hosting Lawrence and family. We're so happy they were able to enjoy all the nearby attractions and amenities we have to offer.
We just returned home from an amazing family vacation. This cabin was everything plus more than we could have asked for. Pictures do not do this cabin justice, this cabin is beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings and watching the deer walk through the yard. We could not have asked for a better cabin for our family to rent. Thank you Laura for everything.
I cannot express how much we enjoyed this property! Me and my husband, along with 2 other couples rented the property for a week. There are 3 FULL bathrooms so every couple had their own (and we still had 1 empty bedroom). The property was immaculate and everything inside looks brand new. We ate most meals on the large outside deck and the property is at the edge of Duck Creek, easily accessible, but off the beaten path so road traffic was minimal.
The cabin is more than WELL equipped. I dare you to need anything the kitchen did not have.
Laura was amazing to deal with and her attention to the details were amazing from the time of booking until we departed. I highly recommend her and the property!!
We had the most wonderful time at the Mountain Retreat in Duck Creek. The accommodations were clean and tastefully decorated. It was top notch. I could not get over all of the amenities that were available, from the kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, air fryer, grill, popcorn maker... the list goes on and on. There were countless board games, Wii Games, cable channels, and great internet. There was a washer and dryer, with detergent, and all of the cleaning supplies and trash bags that one would need. There were even two refrigerators. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The property was to die for! We had snow, making it a winter wonderland. The location of the property is at the beginning of a trailhead so that when we rented a UTV, we had miles to ride. I would definitely return to this beautiful home. Thank you to Laura for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home. It truly felt like home.

Thank you so much Cathe for your kind review! I am so happy you enjoyed your stay and I'm thrilled to hear our home away from home to be "top notch". We try hard to accommodate and provide all the amenities we would want for our family as well. Most importantly, I'm glad you had your Winer Wonderland! That really makes the holiday. Smart move on renting the UTV. We have a perfect location for it. We would absolutely love to have you again!
We booked Laura's place in Duck Creek Village in order to explore the nearby national parks. The home was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed including a high chair and travel crib. Laura did a fantastic job of communicating with us. She called to check on our travels and give us advice on getting to Duck Creek as they have had more than their fair share of snow. In fact, The village had so much snow that we drove right by it the first time without seeing it...yes we drove by an entire village because it was literally buried in 10+ feet of snow. Thankfully Laura had let us know what to expect and recommended 4WD and tire chains so we were prepared and never got stuck and the village was still functioning despite being buried.
UDOT and the village do an incredible job of keeping the roads accessible. We were able to easily get to all of our destinations without any issues if you are travelling to national parks. If snowmobiling and winter sports are your thing I dont think you could find a better place to stay. It was beautiful and an incredible experience we will never forget!

My in-laws are the original owners of our cabin and put their hard work into making it a place that family could love, enjoy and make memories. They recently decided it was time for a change and were going to put it on the market. My husband and I have many fond memories here raising our children as well as getting married right on this property! We weren’t ready to let it go, or have it leave our family. We have now purchased the cabin and want others to be able to enjoy it as much as we have over the years.
