The villa has two bedrooms and a large living room opening onto the pool, plus a self-contained studio accessible from the house, ideal for a family or group of friends. 25 min from Nice airport, 10 min from Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Villa des Baous takes its name from the Baous, the limestone cliffs that rise above Vence and can be seen from the terrace. The house has kept its original Provençal character: ochre facades, Roman roof tiles, natural stone floors, a large white fireplace in the living room.

Inside, the living room is large and bright. It opens directly onto the terrace and pool. The kitchen is well-equipped and open to the living area. The upstairs bedroom has its own terrace, the downstairs one opens directly onto the terrace. Both have their own private bathroom.

There's also a self-contained studio, accessible straight from the house. It has its own sitting room with sofa bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, a TV and a mezzanine with a large bed. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want a little space of their own. Everyone finds their place and their own pace without getting in each other's way.
