About this property

Walk to shops, restaurants and schools. Custom built home. Bedrooms are carpeted with wood laminate on main floor and down stairs. Large great room has arched ceiling, free-standing cozy wood-burning fireplace. Island kitchen with built-in microwave and double ovens. Half bathroom just off the kitchen in hallway.
Primary bedroom features a King bed plus a fully upgraded bathroom with walk-in shower, new tile floor and double sinks.
Stepping up a level, 2-bedrooms; 1 with a Full Bed, and the 3rd bedroom with a Full Bed and twin daybed with trundle. Both bedroom 2 and 3 have access to a Jack and Jill Full bathroom.
Downstairs is ready for entertaining with a huge bonus room with Smart TV and plenty of Board Games to keep the night going. Just off the bonus room is a 4th room with 2 twin beds, access to a half bathroom; and the 5th bedroom with 2 additional Twin Beds.

Very satisfied with stay

Perfect for our family get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean, spacious and close to town! Had plenty of space to accomplish our family. Only down side was living room needs more couch space, fireplace shoot needs to be cleaned left the house smoky and only had hot water one day during our whole stay. On a positive note the management company was great came out every day to try and get up hot water; I felt so bad for them!

Great family getaway

We often go to Idyllwild for a mountain get away. This property was perfect for a large gathering, it was well equipped with the exception of kitchen. Bring your own mixing bowls and specially kitchen items for cooking! Otherwise great property!!

Excellent Cabin!

This place was fantastic! It was very spacious & had everything we needed. It’s a short walk/drive to the main village, gas stations & markets! The jacuzzi was extra hot, the water was always warm, the heater kept the cabin nice & cozy. The lower level gets a little colder than the main house, so make sure to turn on the heaters as soon as you get there. We didn’t turn on the fireplace, but there was plenty of fire wood for both the fire pit & fireplace. The driveway can fit up to 5 cars. I suggest alternating showers so the water doesn’t get cold. Overall, my family & I were extremely satisfied! I highly recommend renting this cabin & spending time with family and friends.

A wonderful home for a large family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my group's second year at Stay Awhile Lodge over the Thanksgiving holiday and once again the house was great! There is so much space and the fenced in backyard is crucial for our group with two dogs and a toddler so they can all safely run around! I do hope they make some updates to the fence as it is aging, but overall, the house is perfect!! Excellent location and easy to walk or drive into town.
