Lots of natural light; fireplace in open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with knotty pine ceilings and trim, and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on main level and a full bathroom. Large room on lower level with separate entrance with a queen bed, trundle bed, game area, en suite bathroom, and separate bunk room. Enjoy the many outdoor lounging areas and Hot tub while you enjoy the shade of the Pines. Relax while your dogs enjoy the enclosed dog run area. An electric BBQ is available to grill up a hearty dinner and dine inside at the 6 person dining table or Al fresco on the patio lounge areas. Across the creek is a protected meadow which affords more privacy. The home has a King Bed, California King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Bunk Beds, 1 Trundle with 2 beds, and one Queen sleeper sofa, a jacuzzi, and a fenced in dog run area. * Electric Charging Station is available at an additional fee. $50 per weekend, or $25 per 2 day Stay.

There is a $35 dog fee per night; Dogs beyond 1 must be approved; additional pet fees apply per pet per night.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
(Seasonal wood delivery, IF AVAILABLE $25 per bundle, approximately 20 pieces. Require at least 5 days notification for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days for any other day of the week arrival date. There are no refunds since we do order and pay for this wood in advance,* exceptions if we are unable to deliver)
