Great rental

The property was very clean and lots of space! Ceiling fans plus a box fan helped on hot days (AC too). Adorable patio space! Nice garage without any stuff in it to door ding! Quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks for walking.

Reasonable but not "Luxury"

The property was clean and the pictures accurate. Parking was an issue because the adjoining duplex kept taking the driveway space, and the street was incredibly crowded with cars (and there were 2-3 cars on the lawns of many houses!). The property sleeps 8, so I figured our 5 would fit fine. But there were only 3 bowls and 3 coffee cups provided, so we had to take turns eating breakfast. It was just fine for what we needed, but the "luxury" advertised was an overstatement.

US Grand Prix 2022

Amazing property! Our party of 4 really loved the updated property. We were able to park in the garage and enjoy the back yard sitting area. Highly recommend, Adam responded quickly to any messages we sent. Would stay again!

Great property

This is a great property to access all of south Austin. We had a family emergency and needed a place close by other family members. Not only was that convenient but it was clean, had a garage and the property manager as outstanding. Would stay here anytime I need to be in south Austin.

They have no shades on the downstairs Windows or door. And no TV in the bedrooms.

Hi Jimi first thank you for staying. We make an effort to make the stay as enjoyable as possible and we enjoyed hosting you! I think there may be some confusion here. We make sure to take updated photos of all the rooms and living area as well as write down all amenities in the listing so our guests that rent our space know exactly what amenities the house has and what amenities the house does not have.
