There are four smaller supermarkets within a 10 minutes walk, the closest just four minutes away. The funicular to Mont Bre is a 10 minute walk. The lake is around 6 to 7 minutes and bus stops are within two minutes. It is a great place.

Lugano Appt

The owner was incredibly helpful and happy to spend time with us explaining use of the apartment facilities as well as the location of supermarkets and tourist options in the local area. It was a well resourced apartment in a great location and within 2 to 3 minutes of two different bus routes. Bus no 2 takes your direct from the railway station to about 200 metres from the apartment. Bus fare of around Euro2.80 instead of tax1 fare of Euro30+. Highly recommended apartment.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und unkompliziert!Die Unterkunft punktet durch seine Lage.Ich hätte einen Wunsch für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher: ohne Duftstoffe bitte! Je neutraler der Geruch, desto besser für Allergiker und sensitive Personen.Insgesamt ist es dort recht hellhörig. So hört man leider nachts den Geschirrspüler(!?) mit langem Programmverlauf, was schon störend ist.Noch ein Tipp: das WLAN sollte nicht direkt am Bett sein.

Die Betreuung ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Verbesserungsvorschläge: Bitte Bettwäsche und Handtücher duftstofffrei behandeln, das erleichtert vieles für Allergiker und sensitive Personen. Das WLAN sollte nicht am Bett sein. Insgesamt ist es dort recht hellhörig. Im oberen Apartment lief nachts regelmäßig der Geschirrspüler (!?) mit langem Programm, was störend war.

War alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Einzige das ich ändern würde wäre das Bett. Stellt doch ein richtiges Doppelbett rein. das Auseinanderdriften der Einzelbetten stört extrem beim .. àhh Schlafen.

Bettinhalt & Backofen

Bettinhalt mangelhaft, Matratze zu weich und kaputte feder am Rücken,Kopfkissen und Duvet sehr flach.Könnte man verbessern. Balkon konnte nicht betreten werden,auch war kein Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon.Baustelle.Gäste Schrank mangelhaft. Dafür fanden wir die Betreuerin,sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend ,hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Sehr schön war,dass Wasser und Kaffe ,Tee Zucker da war,und eine Stange Mon Cherie Die Lage ist super.wäre schön wenn die mangelhafte Bettinhalte gewechselt wird
