The modern and tastefully furnished apartment is about 84 square meters and suitable for up to 6 people. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace or relax in the cozy living room. The two bedrooms have plenty of storage space and each have a TV. The equipment of the separate kitchen with dishes, glasses and kitchen appliances leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room you also have a spacious dining area available. The sofa bed can be converted in a few steps to another sleeping place for 2 people. The apartment has a bath. Additional services can be booked on reservation: Baby travel bed / high chair per 10 € per week, baby bed linen 10 € .Bed linen: 12,00 € p. P., towels 6,00 € p. P. and each change. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. Pets are only possible after prior agreement with the landlord and surcharge.

Ein sehr gutes Objekt als Wohnung Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren Brauseschlauch defekt Gardinen lange nicht gewaschen Wasserhahn im Bad Sieb defekt. Haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden wieder kommen Gruß Familie Nasner

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und man sieht sogar den vorbeifahrenden Roland durch die Häuser

Wir haben die FeWo mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern im Alter von 0 - 4 Jahren besucht und waren sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines MFH und hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Doppelbetten, einem Kleiderschrank und zwei Nachtschränken. In dem einen Zimmer konnte man die Betten auch einzeln stellen. Ein vor Ort vorhandenes Kinderreisebett hatte in den Zimmern auch noch Platz. Die Kleiderschränke waren etwas klapprig und die Einlegeböden fielen heraus. Somit hatten wir dort nicht viel Ablagemöglichkeit. In einem Zimmer gab es Verduncklungsrollos, in dem anderen Zimmer eine Gardine, die den Raum etwas abdunkelte. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster, aber durch den elektrischen Abzug wird die Luft nach dem Duschen etc. recht schnell wieder gut. Dort hat man ein Regal als Ablagemöglichkeit und Handtuchhalter, aber keine Haken direkt am Waschbecken für Handtücher. Die Badewanne ist schön groß und auch Duschen mit Vorhang ist möglich. Im Wohnzimmer kann man es sich auf der Couch gemütlich machen und hat sogar die Möglichkeit, diese auszuziehen, damit noch eine Person dort schlafen kann. Es gibt eine Mini-Stereoanlage und einen Fernseher, Wlan und viele Bücher. Am Esstisch haben 6 Personen gut Platz. Die Stühle waren etwas wackelig und fielen fast auseinander. Auch auf der Terrasse kann man schön sitzen und dem in knapp 100m entfernt vorbeifahrendem Roland lauschen und zugucken. Von den Nachbarn haben wir gar nichts mitbekommen. Es ist richtig ruhig dort. Leider darf man auf der Terrasse nicht grillen. In der Küche ist sehr viel vorhanden, ein Lappen, Spüli und ein paar Spültabs für den Anfang, etwas Salz und Zucker, sowie Backpapier, ein Mixer, Schüsseln, Töpfe und eine Pfanne. In der Küche befinden sich noch mal zwei Sitzgelegenheiten an einem Tisch. Von hier aus geht auch eine Abstellkammer mit Fenster ab, in der sich Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Kinderhochstuhl, Reisekinderbett, ein faltbarer Anhänger etc. befinden. Im Flur gibt es eine Garderobe für Jacken. Zur Wohnung gehört zum Glück ein Parkplatz, da Parken in der Gegend sonst kaum möglich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
