Spacious modern 3 - room apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz

The modern and tastefully furnished apartment is approximately 84 square meters and suitable for up to 6 people. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace or relax in the cozy living room.

The two bedrooms offer enough storage space and each have a TV.

The equipment of the separate kitchen with dishes, glasses and kitchen appliances leaves nothing to be desired.
There is also a spacious dining area in the living room.
The sofa bed can be converted into another sleeping space for 2 people in just a few simple steps.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, empfehlenswert

Groß, sauber und geräumig. Fast alles vorhanden. Eine "kleine Inspektion" wäre mal wieder fällig: Die Kaffeemaschine hat den Geist aufgegeben; die Länge der Schlauches der Handbrause in der Wanne ist ein Witz; die Lampe der Dunstabzugshaube ist defekt-dadurch kaum Licht zum Kochen. Eine kleine Lichtleiste unter dem Hängeschrank wäre auch nicht schlecht. In welchem zeitlichen Abstand werden eigentlich die Fenster geputzt? Die kleinen Händeabdrücke von Kindern an der Terrassentür sind für eine Reinigungskraft eigentlich nicht zu übersehen. Insgesamt jedoch eine tolle Wohnung; ich würde sie wieder nehmen....
