Enjoy your holidays in the historic, romantic windmill Catharina

Enjoy the highest living comfort for 4 to 6 persons on 115 square meters. The two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, boxpring beds and TVs. In the 60 sqm living/cooking area there is a gourmet kitchen, a spacious sofa area and a dining table for 8 people. Enjoy the sun at any time of the day on two large balconies in the east and south.

The Alpin Penthouse is located in the centre of Hollersbach. Opposite the bakery, next door a small grocer's shop.

The "Panoramabahn" cable car is within walking distance and connects you directly to the Kitzbühel ski area. One of the most beautiful ski resorts in Austria with 210 km of slopes.

In summer Hollersbach is the ideal starting point for hikes through the Hohe Tauern National Park. In the Hollersbacher bathing lake, which is only a 5-minute walk away, you can refresh yourself with a cool bath and then enjoy the sun on the spacious lawns.
From christmas 2018 we offer a sauna for 6 people in the lower level of the house.

Great stay

It is a joy to stay in this very well furnished large and cosy apartment. We were with a family of 5 and a baby and everything we needed was there. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils. Very good beds. Also our 2 dachshunden could come with us. It is situated in a quiet cute little village, the bakery is just opposite the apartment. Wonderful. Skiing nearby so everybody was happy. We definitely will be back. We were lucky to have sunny weather most of the time so we also could enjoy this at the balcony.

Wunderschönes Penthouse

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen - Ausstattung, Ambiente, Ausblick - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Lage mit Bäcker, Bank vor der Haustür und gutem Italiener im kleinen Hotel nebenan. Zudem sehr nah zur Panorama-Bergbahn mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Was will man mehr. Danke für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Top Apartment! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem toll ausgestatteten Apartment verbracht. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig, hochwertig eingerichtet und es gibt einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Alpen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte reibungslos; zudem hatten wir einen sehr netten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das Loft liegt im schönen und beschaulichen Hollersbach als guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge und in diverse Skigebiete. Ein Bäcker liegt direkt gegenüber für die morgendlichen Brötchen. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir uns direkt für das kommende Jahr wieder eingemietet haben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Hund und Kind

Es ist wirklich eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung- man findet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Man erreicht tolle Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit und ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden vor Ort versorgt einen mit dem nötigsten. Die Bilder des Inserats haben nicht zu viel versprochen!! Leider waren überall sehr viele weiße Hunde Haare auf dem Boden und den Teppichen- diese haben wir erstmal alle gesaugt und entfernt, war gut machbar. Wir hatten selber einen Hund dabei und sind nicht empfindlich aber das waren leider etwas viele fremde Haare überall. Ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen!

Exzellentes Appartement

Großzügiges Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung wie wir es bisher selten erlebt haben. Traumhafte Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln. Panoramaausblick auf schneebedeckte Gipfel vom Frühstückstisch. Gute Bäckerei direkt vor dem Haus. Viele Wandertouren beginnen in der Nähe. Restaurant Tipp: Weyerhof in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Exzellent.

Urlaub kann nicht schöner sein!

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren vom 25. Juli bis 1. August im Alpin Penthouse in Hollersbach und hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist hochwertig und blitzblank sauber. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort war total freundlich und unkompliziert. Hollersbach ist der ideale Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen aller Art. Wandern, Radfahren, Sightseeing, Baden und, und, und. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen - und vielleicht tun wir es auch...
