This newly renovated home sits on one of the most private lots in Olde Naples, surrounded by lush landscaping and tucked behind a remote-controlled gate. Inside, you'll find 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and two cozy living rooms—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

We've made tons of upgrades, including:

New Kitchen Cabinets
New Counter tops and bathroom vanities
Newly tiled Master Shower
New outdoor decking
Outdoor Fireplace on the deck over looking the pool
2 Outdoor eating areas - one on the 2nd story deck and the other tucked around the corner from the pool

Smart TVs with cable and streaming in every bedroom and both living areas, as well on the exterior deck

Nest front door lock for easy access

Large heated saltwater pool with water features.

We’ve also stocked the home with everything you need for the beach—bikes, chairs, towels, and even a cooler.

The Golf Cart is not included in the rental price. It is an additional $500 per week or $1,500 per month plus tax. A liability waiver must be signed prior to receiving golf cart keys.
