It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, table and high chairs, and air conditioning. There is a 5.80 m² terrace with a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, sink, vanity unit, and storage. There is a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A private parking space (number 76) is included within the residence.

The advantages of the location: Everything is within walking distance, and you can easily stop for lunch at the Sète market. Beaches of Sète are 3.8 km away, accessible by bus. The train station is 1.8 km away. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
