Welcome to A Shore Thing, beach house! The location is fantastic on This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage. Sit on the front deck and watch the sunrise and sunset and relax! DOG FRIENDLY!! I provide toilet paper, paper towels, linens, laundry detergent and dish detergent! I want my home to feel like your home away from home and build memories just as I have with my family.

Wonderful trip

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! Lucky for us the house was nice because we were stuck inside for multiple days bc of the storm. We played games and relaxed. Would stay again.

The house was exactly as it is pictured and it was easy to communicate with regarding check in. The location is perfect and the road was not very busy and the beach access was very close. We would love to stay again!

Perfect Beach Cottage

Just as explained in the description. Beautiful beach cottage with everything you need! We had a broken shower head when we arrived and it was fixed in about 5 hours after messaging the host.

Birthday Getaway

Went down to Oak Island for my hubby’s 60th birthday and had a great time. This property is in a perfect location and we walked to the beach in just a matter of minutes. It was well maintained and suited our needs perfectly! Communication with Naomi was effortless and she responded right away when we had a question. Highly recommend this place!

Clean and comfortable beach house within walking distance to the beach. Great for families or friend groups. Didn’t run into any issues and the owner is very responsive. I love how the house is easy to spot with the string lights.

Walking distance to beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and nicely decorated. Getting to the beach was easy, just a short walk. Communication with the owner was also very easy. The sunsets at Oak Island were some of the best I've ever seen!

I bought this beach home for them so we can make as many amazing memories as possible, and my hope is one day, it's paid for and they can begin to bring their kids to the beach!

Why they chose this property

I was on the hunt for a beach property! I wanted something cozy and a couple rows back from the ocean. When I found this home, it was a gut job! I'm a realtor though so saw the vision and value in the proximity to the ocean and went for it! I put a lot of love into this home and I hope you enjoy it as much as my girls and I do!

What makes this property unique

I love the proximity to the ocean. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach access so you don't have to have any sand in your car, can come and go from the beach for food and restroom breaks, easily!! I wanted the home to be cozy and comfortable, which I hope you feel when you arrive!
