Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are able to start a load of laundry, great! If not, we got it covered.
All trash must be in garbage bags (not grocery bags) and placed in the bin at the entrance of the property. Please close it with the hook provided.
Sign out of any personal accounts on the TV's.

My husband and I love our seven acre private retreat; watching the wildlife, hiking the property, or just relaxing on the deck looking at the mountain ranges. We love sharing our retreat with guests where family memories are made.

This is the location for a private mountain vacation. With paved roads and conveniently located to many attractions. Hiawassee is beautiful with the mountains and the water. Hiawassee is where the mountains meet the water and the town is surrounded by just that, the Blue Ridge Mountains and Lake Chatuge.
