* Pool Heating Fee: Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $150/stay + taxes and Airbnb fees.
Guests are required to sign our more in-depth legal agreement and provide a credit card for a security deposit hold. Failure to submit those items, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking.
