This gorgeous cabin is located on a paved road, and is in a quiet area that provides privacy. You will have privacy but still be close to all of the great restaurants and wineries. Sleeps 8.

The cabin sits on a 1 acre lot in Pines Hills North subdivision. It is fully furnished with everything you will need for a fun getaway. When you walk into the cabin you will notice the open concept floor plan and the high ceilings. The great room has a beautiful fireplace, tv and plenty of seating. The sofa also pulls out to make a bed. This cabin has plenty of room inside for your family and friends to gather and enjoy each other.

This cabin is perfect for two couples or a larger family. Two master suite bedrooms with King beds, televisions, and each has a luxurious bathroom. Each bathroom has a soaker tub and walk-in tiled shower. A fully kitchen is ready to feed your guests, and the placement of the kitchen allows you to enjoy the family, watch tv or look out the window while you prepare a meal.

The large loft area has a bunk bed, as well as several games for the family to enjoy. You will also enjoy a custom old school arcade machine. You can play 60 games (ie., Pac Man, Frogger, Galactica, etc.)

Enjoy the 2 gas fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor) plus an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs to make memories as well as s'mores. Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie, or sit on the massive back deck and listen to the sounds of nature. You are going to be spending a lot of time out here. Morning coffee and evening wine just tastes better on this deck. Our builder put a lot of attention to detail on this one. Out here you can enjoy the hot tub, fireplace, cook a meal on the gas grill, watch TV, or just sit and enjoy all of the nature surrounding you. A few steps off of the deck is the private fire pit. Having smore's by the fire is an absolute must! If you wander a little further back on the property, you will see the creek that runs behind the cabin.

The property has 3 outside security cameras for your safety and security.

MINT TO BE is on a paved road and has a paved driveway. It is close to Beavers Bend Park and lake, restaurants, breweries and wineries. If you like hiking, boating, bird watching or just hanging in nature, this is the perfect location.
