We want every stay to be as enjoyable as possible, and your comments help us address areas needing attention. We did have the property inspected following your report of possible bed bugs. The licensed pest control company’s inspection confirmed that all rooms, furniture, beds, and mattresses were thoroughly checked, and no bedbug activity was found at the time of inspection. We’ll also be scheduling maintenance to address the pool table cracks, the living room TV tint, and the outdoor TV connection. In addition, we are replacing the broken cornhole leg, and our team will ensure an iron is made available for guests. Regarding the grill size, we’ll be reviewing options to better accommodate larger groups. We are so glad to hear you’d definitely stay again, and we look forward to welcoming you back with improvements already underway. Thank you again for your valuable feedback!
