About this property

Our new-to-us cottage has 4 bedrooms, and can sleep 15+. Perfect for your larger group, or even your family that just wants to spread out a bit, and have some extra space to yourselves. With plenty of room to be together, and plenty of room for some privacy, our goal is that you have a nice, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

* Located less than one (1) mile from downtown Silver Lake, and less than two (2) miles from the ORV sand dune entrance.
* Access to Silver Lake right across the street - great for kayaks, peddle boats, etc.
* Very family friendly!
* Parking in front of house, and alongside. Should have plenty of space for your dune toys!

- UPPER LEVEL includes a large bedroom that overlooks Silver Lake and the Sand Dunes. This room includes two beds, sleeping a total of 4, along with a sleeper-sofa for additional guests. The upper level also includes a bathroom with stand-up shower.
- Main floor washer and dryer
- Built-In Desk with Chair for those who have to do some work while on vacation.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, coffee maker, pancake griddle, toaster and more.
- Blankets, comforters, sheets, pillows, kitchen towels, and bath towels all supplied for your stay. Just bring beach towels for your time in the sand!

Overall very nice.

The overall best things about this property is the large size and how close it is to everything. The finishings are a bit dated but everything was very clean. The only downside was that the front deck was not clean (although being near trees does that) and the patio furniture could be replaced.

Wedding Weekend Stay!

My niece got married so we needed a place to stay for the weekend. We had a great time the house was perfect for our group. The house was very clean! Jon the owner was GREAT to work with! We are looking to renting again this summer.

Perfect property

The house was big and accommodated my whole family. It was the perfect location set across from beautiful Silver Lake and close to the dunes. I highly recommend this house, you will not be disappointed. Jon is a great host and quick to respond.

There were a few little things that need some attention but overall great place for family and friends. I really wanted to take the kitchen home with me!

We bought this house because it is a really nice house. Well-built and very spacious. A couple of our favorite things about this place are the fenced-in back yard and the large deck that wraps around the house and connects the front of the house to the back.
