Summary:

Contemporary 200 m² villa set over three levels, located in a peaceful area of Vallauris. It accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bright living spaces, an independent studio, a self-contained intermediate level, and a spacious living area opening onto a terrace with a pool. Ideal for stays with family or friends, just minutes from the beaches.



The Space:

The villa is spread over three levels, offering an ideal balance between shared living spaces and more private areas.



On the ground floor, a fully air-conditioned artist’s studio with a sleeping mezzanine provides a completely independent space, with its own private entrance, shower room, WC, and kitchenette. It is perfect for guests seeking greater autonomy.



The intermediate level offers a fully equipped living space, designed like a self-contained apartment with a lounge, a bedroom (queen-size bed), a bathroom with WC, and a fitted kitchenette, as well as a laundry room. This level is autonomous in its layout but remains part of the main house and is only accessible from inside.



On the upper level, the true heart of the villa, you will find the main living areas. Three bedrooms are arranged here, including a master suite with a private shower room and WC. The two additional bedrooms share a shower room and a separate WC.



The spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen opens onto a beautiful 80 m² wooden terrace, extended by an intimate pool, perfect for cooling off in a green and peaceful setting before heading to the nearby beaches.



Four private parking spaces complete the property.



Guest Access:

The entire property is private. You will have full access to the villa, the garden, the pool, the outdoor furniture, as well as private parking (4 spaces in front of the villa).

Check-in is fully self-service.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet and green residential area of Vallauris, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close to the vibrant atmosphere of the French Riviera.

The beaches of Golfe-Juan are just a few minutes away by car, as is the center of Cannes with its restaurants, boutiques, and events. The surrounding area also offers opportunities to enjoy walks, local markets, and charming villages, for a stay combining sea, nature, and the Mediterranean art of living.

Your stay can be customized with additional services once the booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and high-quality linens and towels are included.

When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.

-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt

-loss of key or broken key

- non-compliance with internal regulations

-smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
