Cute nicely furnished home with everything you need. Picnic space in yard, parking in alley, and one stall garage that is only large enough for 1 or 2 motorcycles. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and 1 mile from downtown. Easy access to black hills, Mount Rushmore, and other attractions. Just listed on VRBO and is rated 4.85 on other sites (I am a Superhost). The property has a laundry room and well-stocked kitchen. It is cooled via a window AC unit that does a nice job cooling the house.

Great central location for golf and national parks. Recommend jewel cave and bandlands parks. Hart ranch and red rocks golf were also excellent. House was great, in a good location and very clean.

This is a cute older home easily located for all adventures in and near Rapid City. The window ac unit and all the fans kept the temps comfortable in the July heat. Communication was fast and helpful. I'd stay here again

Perfect little getaway

Perfect “home” feeling even on vacation

Location was easy to get to and from venues and attractions in the area, large kitchen which is great for our larger group, very clean and usable and the window a/c unit was a lifesaver. Thanks for the stay!

Mom's Bucket List

Mom always wanted to see Mount Rushmore and the Badlands and this listing was perfect for us. Very centrally located for all the exploring we did. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Nicely located

South dakota vacation

We enjoyed our trip very much! The house is exceptionally located for visiting all the area has to see. The accomodations were fairly comfortable and host was communicative when needed. Like it was close to grocery and gas stations and close.to center of the city

The outside looked a little run down and unkept. The neighborhood appeared a little sketchy but was fine. The garage did not fit our van so I wouldn’t consider that a parking spot. The inside was nice but the bathroom fan didn’t work. Everything appeared clean but under the area rugs. Many condiments and seasonings were expired so bring your own if you need them. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Dan was very helpful on making sure i had the instructions to check in when i wasnt able to locate them on the ap. Great location if you need to be around a hopital. Thank you, Dan!
