Spacious 4BR Home with Game Room

The whole family should be able to enjoy and relax at this peaceful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home close to I-90 (4 minutes), with 40 minutes Mount Rushmore, 7 minutes to shopping and restaurants in downtown Rapid City, and 30 minutes to Sturgis. High Speed Internet provided supporting two Smart TV's (one for the kiddos!).

Locally owned and managed by Rapid City residents! Your concerns and questions are addressed by us directly and not by a global call center. Enjoy the attention and timely response of people who personally care about your experience!

There are new, comfortable beds in each room along with two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa - plenty of options to sleep! Enjoy the spacious backyard from the patio as you cook outdoors on the grill provided. Large outdoor neighborhood park (Vickie Powers Memorial Park) is a 2 minute drive away.

Main level offers laminate flooring throughout the living, kitchen & dining. The kitchen boasts updated soft close cabinets with under cabinet lighting and a dining room w/ beautiful French doors leading out to the paved patio. The home splits to the upper level including the master bedroom, second bedroom and a fully updated bathroom. The lower level has a 3rd bedroom, bathroom/laundry combination & a large 3rd room with bunk beds. A HUGE bonus 4th bedroom completes the home in the basement w/ a large window letting in tons of natural light. The spacious backyard includes a new privacy fence and a large gate leading to the front extra parking space.

Water softener installed - Rapid City has naturally hard water supply that can result in dry skin, damage to hair and nails, white stains on new surfaces, etc. You don't have to worry about that during your stay at our property!

Please note that the person making the reservation must be among those staying at the house for the entire stay.

Also, due to severe pet dander allergies, NO PETS are allowed on the property at any time. This includes pets that belong to your guests that come to the house during the day.

The property was in the middle of everything and was an extremely quiet location. All the majors tourist attractions were easy to get to as well as lots of restaurant choices nearby. The property was excellent with everything you could possibly need in a home away from home.

Lovely getaway

Cute getaway for a family of 2 or more. Great backyard to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning plus great area for a bbq. Kids would enjoy the game/tv room.

Family vacation

Great location for exploring

This property worked well for our family. The location in Rapid City was perfect for exploring a large radius including the Badlands, Black Hills, and Devils Tower. The house was clean and had more than enough beds for everyone. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. My only minor suggestion would be to have ziplock bags or plastic wrap available in the kitchen. Michael’s communication was outstanding. He was very understanding when we were impacted by weather delays. My family had a great time overall.
