Come stay in this lovely spacious downtown home. You will feel right at ease and enjoy its open mid century modern style and relaxing outdoor areas! This 3BR 2BA home w/ sunroom w/ gas fireplace & extensive decking is the perfect place get away to & explore downtown Winchester. Walking distance to everything. The space
This one level brick home
has: Queen sized bed in 1st bedroom with attached bath, Queen sized bed in 2nd bedroom, Full sized bed in 3rd bedroom. Sofa Bed in Sunroom and Large Comfy Couch along with 55” Flat screen TV with cable in living room. Continuous Wifi /Desk/Work Space and Sunroom with splendid Gas Fireplace.
There are 2 full baths and a fully stocked kitchen as well as a convenient laundry area. Outside there is a flat and spacious fenced front yard and a side yard with extensive decking and places to gather. Around the back of the house there is a 2 car garage that is utilized by the owner and not available for guests.This space is marvelous you will love your stay ! If you’re bringing your furry friend there will be an additional non refundable $85 pet cleaning fee added via an alteration request prior to your arrival. PLEASE NOTE:
All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom
National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival.

Please note:
Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room with two 'family rooms' for our granddaughter to play. The location was great. We walked to town for several meals, the children's discovery museum, shopping and also walked to the park for a fun play day.

We love returning to this charming VRBO within walking distance of our son’s shop, Winchester Garden Supply. Each visit has offered new opportunities to explore Winchester and enjoy the comforts of a well appointed home.

Old town charm

The house was super charming and had lots of cool old-timey features that made it feel like stepping back in time. The neighborhood itself added to the old-town vibe. It was a huge house, perfect for a big family.

Celebrating my 70th with family at Indigo Blue

This house serves our family so well! We love an arty eclectic atmosphere/ the fence in yard is convenient for our lab and for the grandkids to safely play. The kitchen and eating area are spacious for family gatherings. Our son’s shop, Winchester Garden Supply is a 4 minute walk and the shops downtown are about 6 blocks away. Comfortable beds! Hope to return soon!

Couple's weekend Small Town vibes

The location of the Indigo Blue Modern was convenient for walking around town. Perfect for a beautiful spring day. Close walk to Old Towne mall for restaurants and breweries and we enjoyed walking around the Handley High School grounds. Exactly what we were looking for. The home is clean and we loved the eclectic decor. We enjoyed the fireplace in the cold evenings. We did have some unwelcome ant visitors, but the owner immediately dropped off traps so we addressed it quickly. We would definitely stay in this home again.
