Welcome to your home away from home! We are located in a cul -de- sac family-friendly community in OCMD. Take a 5-minute walk to the beach or stroll around the corner to the Jolly Roger & Splash Mountain Amusement Park.
King in master, Queen in bedroom 2, 2 Fulls on bunk bed, & 2 Full sleeper sofas in living room. Family friendly; pack n play.
Thank you for your interest in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in OCMD. Our home is smoke-free, clean, and family-friendly.
All new flat screen TV`s are Smart TV`s with WiFi connection for your favorite apps, no cable. New Nest smart locks with unique code access for your security and ease of use!
Living Room- Flat screen Smart TV. There are 2 pull-out full-size sleeper sofas for extra sleeping.
Dining table seats 6 comfortably!
The kitchen includes everything you need! Ice maker, over the range microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishware. Dish soap and trash bags provided.
3 Bedrooms all have closets, organizers, and night tables! Beds have pillows and bedspreads. Guests will be provided with bed linens. Linens would include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillowcases, and a blanket for all beds. Pillows & bedspreads are provided. There are 4 full-size beds, 1 king, and 1 queen.
2 Full Bathrooms - 1 large full bathroom with double sinks and tub w shower located upstairs. 1 full bathroom with standing shower located downstairs. Bath towels and washcloths are provided. Toiletries such as toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels are provided. The items we are offering is considered as a jumpstart to your stay. Please note that these items are not restockable throughout your stay. It will be the guest`s responsibility to replenishes.
The fenced-in backyard includes a round table w/ umbrella and solar lights. Table sits 4 comfortably. Outdoor space includes a patio seating area. The standard size grill (blue) is available for use in the backyard. There is a bucket underneath the kitchen sink filled with a grill scrubber and washcloths. Please carefully clean before and after each use. This is important as this is a shared grill for all guests. It is the responsibility of the guests to provide their own charcoal.
The double front porches with sitting are my favorite locations to enjoy the breeze and to have morning coffee!
Thank you for considering our pet policy. We are delighted to welcome your furry friends to our community. Please keep in mind that we limit it to one dog per stay, and the dog should weigh no more than 75 pounds. In the interest of maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone, it is essential to clean up after your pet. Failure to do so may result in a fine.
We have a shared fenced-in yard where your pet can stretch its legs and do their business. We ask that you clean up immediately after your pet and dispose of the waste accordingly. Since this is a shared space, it is important to supervise your pet while they are outside. Please do not leave your pet unsupervised for an extended period of time.
While we love pets, we request that you do not allow them on any of the furniture, including sofas and beds. We want to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for everyone. To make things easier for you, we have provided a set of feeding bowls. Please clean them thoroughly after each use and return them under the kitchen sink.
Guest can enjoy the whole entire house. Designated 1 parking space on the premises for guests.

Home is located in a friendly cul-de-sac neighborhood. Take a 3 minute walk around the corner to Robin Drive Park & Playground where the kids can burn off some energy! 5 minute walk to the beach or to Jolly Rogers Amusement Park! Short walking distance to Happy Jack`s, Omega Eats Breakfast Diner, Dunkin Donuts, and other local restaurants.
A short walking distance to the beach and local entertainment such as Jolly Roger Amusement Park! Take full advantage of riding the whole length of the Boardwalk on the Boardwalk Tram from 27th Street to the Inlet. Also, there is a nearby Transit stop to get up and down OCMD! Short walking distance to Happy Jack`, Omega Eats Breakfast Diner, Dunkin Donuts, and other local restaurants.
Our home offers a free parking space directly in front of the home. There is also a guest space for an additional vehicle. The guest space is based on first come, first serve. Parking Registration is required. A form will be sent for completion. Please note there is ample off- street free parking available per parking time zones.
