The house is located 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Denneville.


Located between the Harbours of Portbail and Surville, the house is located next to the beautiful beach of DENNEVILLE on the west coast of the COTENTIN facing the Channel Islands. Only 5 kms from Portbail sur mer and 15kms from La Haye du Puits. The house is bright and completely renovated (small sea view upstairs) on a secure enclosed plot of 400 m² with wooden terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor, combined fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso machine (capsule nespreso), filter coffee maker, airfryer and also a pellet stove.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with 160x200 beds and a wardrobe with integrated sink.
One room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. (works only by chromcast)
Possibility if necessary to put 1 bedroom in 2 beds of 80x200.
Bathroom with shower on the ground floor and separate toilet
A washing machine is also available.
Upstairs a cosy living room with sofa, flat screen TV as well as board games and a few books.
Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation free of charge.

Provision of 2 sunbeds, 4 garden armchairs and a barbecue.

We also put at your disposal against deposit our bikes (basic but useful! ask us for information 😄)
A children's playground and ping pong table is nearby.

We will make the beds before your arrival, please let us know if the beds in the second room will be double or single.
The cleaning must be done before leaving.

In July and August you will find local shops such as bakery, butcher, convenience store 150 m away. Also a market on Monday mornings.
Out of season, shops are 5kms away.

Ein wundervolles, kleines Haus direkt hinter den Dünen, mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer braucht. Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, hört man das Meer rauschen. Und die Tochter der Vermieterin hat uns bei der Ankunft alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Super! Ein besonderes Hightlight in der Küche: der Airfryer!Vielen Dank, Laetitia! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location complètement rénovée avec beaucoup de gout. Tout était parfait, la décoration, la cuisine parfaitement équipée (y compris le barbecue ), la terrasse idéale pour lézarder au calme, la localisation à 2 pas de la mer (parfait pour un plongeon rapide ou pour profiter des couchers de soleil) mais a l’abri du vent marin normand … et bien entendu l’accueil en personne.Bref un séjour de très haut standing parfait pour découvrir la belle région du cotentin (paysages, gastronomie, histoire)

Charmante maison mitoyenne refaite entièrement à neuf à l'intérieur, au calme, très confortable, belle terrasse en bois équipée, pour la plage il suffit de traverser la rue, nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
