Backyard of Dreams w/ Heated Pool!

Walking into this gorgeous updated 4 bedroom/2 bath home you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are greeted by a cozy living room with big screen smart TV and comfortable dining room with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island in the kitchen is perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. The modern family room has plenty of comfortable seating and leads out to the spacious back yard. The master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. The master bath features a spacious walk in shower, and double sinks. There are three other bedrooms which sleep an additional 6 guests with one additional king bed, one queen bed, and the final bedroom has a double and a twin. In the summer the pool will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days and can be heated for an additional fee during the winter. The back yard boasts a covered patio with furniture perfect for relaxing, a built in BBQ grill and a gas fireplace for those cooler evenings. The turf yard is enormous and is the perfect place to lounge or play yard games. This home is welcoming and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.

This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Birthday getaway

We traveled for my wife’s birthday and this was the perfect landing spot to get some sun by the pool and relax by the fire at night! The house is very close to the airport and has target, Costco, and several restaurants nearby! I shared the property information with several others during our stay and hope to be able to stay again during future trips!

Fun in the sun surrounded by family

Desert Solstice was absolute great time. Most days and nights spent in the pool with grandkids, close to the hockey rink they play at daily, downtown Gilbert for awesome dinning and nightlife. A great visit with a great location and accommodations. A wonderful surprise was the owl watching over us in the large tree in the backyard.We will definitely return.

Relaxing stay

The place was beautiful and relaxing - close to many attractions and hikes. We also drove to Sedona for a day. The pool heater was not working for half our stay was and that was a bummer - but our host was very responsive and refunded our fee for those days of heating the pool. Would stay here again.

This is a great property with plenty of space and lots to do. We really enjoyed it. My only complaint would be that, in the master bedroom, the road noise seems pretty loud, if you’re like us, and not used to that kind of traffic.

Oasis in the Dessert!! Amazing!!

We were in town for a wedding that turned into a little vacation getaway. We are thrilled we picked this place! We were in the pool morning noon and night! SD Getaway

Had an amazing time. The property was exactly how it was described, AMAZING!! I had a very small group, my daughter and myself, so this home was more than I needed, but it was priced right and in the area I needed to be. If you are thinking about a trip with family or friends, this would be an excellent place to stay. Plenty of room and the backyard is a great place to relax and unwind from a long day on the go. Will definitely be back in the spring for baseball and this will be my go to place to stay!!!

An excellent home for our family with age ranges from eight to 95!

We loved the layout of the house, the backyard and pool area. The features of the house were exactly as described and were perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again when back in town. We were disappointed with the fact that the ac shut off on its own numerous times during our stay. The showers could use grab bars. Checking in was a nightmare as the key code system was down on the day we arrived. All in all, we still were very pleased with the house and the response by management when we reached out to them describing our concerns.

Fantastic home

This was a great stay for our family for the week in Gilbert. We loved the pool and all the pool toys. The grass area and the corn hole game was lots of fun. There was lots of open space in the house for gathering and eating. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect for us. Lori was great to work with and very accommodating. Would use again next time we’re in Gilbert.

Beautiful Property Poor Communication

The property is absolutely beautiful. The backyard is amazing! Unfortunately, I had a major issue arise with the heating system causing the safety detectors to go off in the middle of the night. The heat system needed turned off and doors opened on a cold night. The host was out of the country and extremely slow to respond. The issue was eventually resolved, but it definitely was a major inconvenience. The lack of communication continued and some messages I sent were never responded to.

Nice Property...Few Things Went Wrong

We really wanted to give this property and host five stars but a few things went wrong during our stay that impacted our vacation. Pros: Pool area and big backyard - our kids ages 3-9 loved the pool! Ease of scheduling - our host was very communicative in helping us schedule our time at the property. Rental car with property - if you've ever had to stand in line at the airport car rental location, you know it can be 2+ hours to pick up a vehicle. Our host arranged a car rental through their property management company. The car was left at the airport with directions how to find it and where the key was located. Very convenient! Cons: Dishwasher did not work the entire week. As a family who likes to enjoy meals at home, this was a real bummer. As former hosts, we understand that there can be appliance issues from time-to-time. It would have been nice if the host dropped off paper plates and disposable utensils to make our stay a little more comfortable. Also, the pool heater broke a few days into our stay. We paid $75/day to have the pool heated. Thankfully, this was fixed very quickly but there were probably two days that we paid where the pool was not heated. We asked the host for a credit for the pool heater and dishwasher inconvenience but never heard back.
