A fully renovated former barn and stable of 164 square meters. All on 2000 square meters of land with a magnificent view from the terrace. The property is 20 minutes from the Avallon motorway exit. If you love nature, hiking, and visiting authentic villages, you've come to the right place. Ideally located, you are 30 minutes from Saulieu, Vézelay, Époisses, Semur-en-Auxois, and the main lakes of the Morvan. Lake Saint-Agnan is just 10 minutes away.
