Beautiful 37 m² apartment in the heart of the Marais district for 3 people, entirely overlooking the courtyard. 2nd floor, no elevator. Quiet apartment with plenty of natural light.





• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary cooking utensils.





 • Living area with a sofa bed for 1 adult or two children, and a pouf. Video projector. Window overlooking the courtyard.





• Dining area with 4 chairs





• Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a dressing room. Window overlooking the courtyard.





 • Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer.





• Toilet





• Separate utility room





• Washing machine and dryer





Linens are provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





Please note:





- Check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 2 pm and 8 pm. Between 8 pm and 10 pm, there is a €35 surcharge. Between 10 pm and midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.





- For arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, there is a €35 surcharge.
