Great place!

This was such a great place to stay for Parent’s Weekend. Easy access to campus, restaurants & shopping. The place was so clean and the hosts were great.

Excellent stay

Comfortable and perfect place for us to stay while in town for a wedding. Easy check in, parking and check out. Safe location. Host extra helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to Knoxville attractions. Enjoyed our stay and property manager was quick to answer questions. Smart TV has limited selections but WIfi was excellent so we were able to stream to our devices. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

Very Clean, but no View

It was wonderfully clean, the bed was super comfortable and we appreciated a washer/dryer. TV was weird, as we couldn't get local news or weather. Smart TV'S not so great A little different as owner wasn't on site, but he always quickly answered questions. Need to check lightbulbs, too, found 3 missing or burnt out. View was boring, not really picturesque, buy neighbor hood safe and very quiet.
