Cocoonr agency offers this 120 m² house and its outbuilding, with swimming pool, in Verdon-sur-Mer, to let. It sleeps up to 10 people.

The main house is composed as follows:
- A 44 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a second fridge.
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, each with a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

Access to the outbuilding is via the pool area. It comprises
- An open, fully-equipped kitchenette.
- A living room with a double sofa bed.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140 × 190).
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, board games, outdoor games.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 5 m, open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September. It is secured by a roller shutter.
- A 15 m² west-facing terrace with furniture.
- An enclosed, private garden of 400 m².

The house is ideally located in Le Verdon-sur-Mer, in a quiet little village. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :

- Water sports (sailing school at Plage de la Chambrette, surfing school at Soulac and Montalivet).
- Cordouan lighthouse (UNESCO World Heritage site).
- Visits to wine châteaux.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Verdon-sur-Mer railway station 3 km away and Soulac-sur-Mer railway station 5 km away.
- Bordeaux-Mérignac airport 100 km away.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
