Great for big family!

We had our yearly family reunion here this year instead of staying at hotels. It was so fun to have a hangout spot and there were so many fun things to entertain kids. They loved the arcade games and there was plenty of room to get away from their commotion if needed. It was hot when we went so we were inside more but the patio spaces were awesome too.

Family Reunion 2025

Was a great place with so many gathering places for us to all hang out. Loved the big table inside the upper house where we all gathered around frequently as well as the big table in the lower house for breakfast for our early morning risers. Kids loved all the games too!

We came to Omaha for my husbands 60th birthday. There was plenty of room for the family to hang out and sleep. We totaled 29 including the 12 grandkids. The game room in the basement of the main house got lots of use as well. We had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic place to celebrate husbands 50th!

Plenty of outdoor seating, well equipped kitchens, and lots of beds - was absolutely wonderful to celebrate my husbands 50th here with his closest friends and family! Meghan was very responsive with any questions we had and several of our family members who live nearby commented on how they would let their friends know what a great place this was to rent.

We had a extended family Christmas at the property and everyone kept complimenting on the property and how much room there is! There is beds for EVERYONE! The guest house is so fun with a huge table to host a large meal!

Buffalo Hallow

Family reunion with ages 4-84 years old. We needs a place that would keep the kids entertained for 3 days. We found that in Buffalo Hallow! Eight kids ranging in age from 4 to 14 and at no point did one of them ever say they were bored. Tons of fun and plenty of space to stretch out. Host Meghan was wonderful. Thanks again for a great time!

Great for family gatherings

The property was great. We had 4 generations spanning 70 years and there were activities for everyone. We enjoyed that we could get the whole family together in one place for a weekend.Checkin and checkout were easy. We had a small hiccup with the code because someone entered it wrong too many times in our party and the owners fixed it quickly for us and were very helpful.

Family Thanksgiving

Family traveled from Texas to visit our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren, all of whom live in Bellevue, NE. Plenty of space and sleeping accommodations, with games and entertainment available. WiFi was available and fast, and all games were in good working order. Plenty of kitchen space available for Thanksgiving prep and meal. Highly recommended this location!

Wedding Party

We have a large family (9 grown children) and 6 of them, along with spouses, and grandchildren joined us for the wedding of another of our children who lives in Omaha. It is always difficult to find a place that works for a group our size but this home was perfect - lots of space in the 2 houses and a beautiful property. We were very pleased with everything about our stay.

70 year old college buddies

College buddies from the 70s put together a reunion and this was perfect. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of beds. Though we didn't spend any time on them, there were tons of games like Golden Tee, foosball, etc. If you're into that this place is perfect. There is plenty of parking. Meghan, the site manager, was awesome. She responded immediately to our requests and followed up to be sure we had everything we needed

We rented both houses and both exceeded our expectations. Clean, stocked, huge, well taken care of and very unique houses. The outdoor area was a big surprise as we did not expect all the green grass, several play areas for kids, several sitting areas with lights. It was great weather and we were outside most of the time. The only issue we had and VRBO needs to take note of this. We received email several days before check in from VRBO, not the individual house/manager. They indicated checkin at 3pm so we planned our grocery pickup and airport pickup around that time. HOWEVER, the individual listing on line indicated 4pm checkin but I never retained that. The manager was very responsive to my texts. And we did make adjustments to not being able to check in earlier. If we have a family get together again in Omaha we definitely will stay there again.
