ANABELA APARTMENT WITH POOL AND GARAGE PARKING SPACE

The apartment is located in a beautiful apartment complex in Porches on the outskirts of Armação de Pêra. The Club Nautilus complex is located directly on the sea. Through the well-maintained park, you can walk directly from your apartment to the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve.

The apartment is modernly equipped and has a large balcony. Like all of our apartments, this one also has satellite TV (with German-language channels) and MEO TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) as well as fast fibre optic internet.
All rooms have air conditioning. The pool is located in the complex's courtyard (with sun loungers).

A parking space is also available in the garage.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms (both bathrooms were completely renovated in December 2025).

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

The pedestrian zone and beach promenade of Armação de Pera are a 2-minute walk away, where a variety of shops, restaurants and bars invite you to shop and dine.

Great apartment and beach

Great apartment in complex 100m from a great beach. Everything you need is at hand and the apartment was well equipped. Only negative was that in the 11 days we did not get a change of towels or sheets. I would suggest coffee, tea and milk facilities to last a day but supermarket was short drive.

Andrea greeted us when we arrived and took the time to show us everything in the apartment, including showing us the way to the beach. The apartment was exactly as shown online. Well equipped kitchen. This would be a five-star review, except for the beds in the double rooms. They were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We did not use the pool. We just ran out of time as there is so much to do and see in the Algarve. We did go to see the pool the pool, and it was beautiful. Location was perfect. Grocery stores within easy walking distance. Would stay here again - perhaps when mattresses have been upgraded.

Property was great,lots of kitchen utensils and dishes etc.Parking right below. Apartment and balcony Faced the street not the water.Master bed was hard and only one sheet.could use an extre chair in living room . The location was perfect close to lots of restaurants within walking, Beach just down the path from the condo.Great shopping mall with everything Within 15 min drive. Beaches and cliff views amazing People friendly, food was good.

Simply couldn’t ask for more!!!!

I will start with - we will be back !!! With an apartment fully equipped we enjoyed relaxed evenings on the balcony as well as evenings out in a family atmosphere. We were met on arrival and given a tour instantly felt at home. A stunning apartment situated only a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach with water sports. The restaurants on the beach are a little pricey but you pay for the view. The variety of bars and restaurants and mini super markets are so close as well as a very handy Lidl for supplies.. A lovely pool with free sun beds on site. Unlike Albuferia where it’s crazy busy and overpriced local to the apartment is all you need extremely well priced and entertainment available.Thank you so much we loved it !!!

Perfect Property in a Perfect Place.

This property is just on the edge of Armacao de Pera and right on the main walkway into all the small bars, places to dine out and the wonderful beaches. We were welcomed to the property and advised about our apartment and location with ongoing support if needed. A large apartment, great pool, location and acess to all.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location.

Did want want for anything. Fully functional apartment with great furnishing and close to Bar, resturaunts and Supermarkets. Beach 100 yards and great pool, sun all day and shade if required. Will go back to this apartment. Thanks to a very friendly and helpful owner.
