Please, come on in! Here in Sherman you will be conveniently located to HWY 75 and walking distance to downtown. Downtown Sherman boasts buildings from the mid 1800s. At downtown you’ll have the option of dining, retail, art exhibits, and museums.

The house also has a large sun room outfitted with comfortable seating and a pop favorite egg chair. The yard spacious enough to enjoy outdoor games under the evening Texas air.
