Great week at a fantastic location. Stayed here multiple times for our annual golf trip. This time the Outdoor kitchen grill was out of order but hopefully this will be addressed before out next visit.

Great time in Tampa! Great house and great location! Pool was A large and well heated. Great location for all our holiday plans. There were 15 of us ranging from 5 to 75, lots of room for all. Well equipped kitchen. House and pool area could use a little TLC but we’re from Florida and understand how long it takes to recover from a hurricane. Would definitely rebook if we find ourselves and our crew in the Tampa area again in the future!

Good overall stay. we had 15 family members and all had plenty of space when needed and lots of room for family gathering. Pool and grounds were excellent. House is very nice overall with large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Location is easy to get to and close to shopping. Pool guys and lawn care guys were fun to interact with as well when they showed up to do their things.

Great place to stay

The host, Linzy, was excellent communicator, she responded all messages almost instantly. The house is very nice and spacious, it has everything you can think about. Very friendly neighborhood. We had great time there.

We had a great stay and this property was a great home base for our group of 14. We had grandparents, couples, and kids ranging from 1 to 17 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was lovely and the private yard and pool area were a big highlight for us. Some of the furniture and the house itself is a bit older and in need of some repairs, but this didn't hinder our stay. If I was a homeowner I'd probably want to update some things, but as a vacation rental, it did the job just fine. We did have a couple of things to reach out to the host about, but they were very responsive and I appreciated their quick action to make sure we had everything we needed.

Lots of room for everyone

Plenty of room for everyone and lots to do at the house. Swimming, board games, pool and just relaxing was great. The area was nice also. Everything was close by. A few small things could use some upgrades but overall was great.

TOM'S FAMILY IN TAMPA

It was our third stay here. The property and management are obviously very good. We have stayed in VRBO's for 27 years. A solid venue with quality homes and owners. We plan to return next year.

Golf Vacation

The property served our needs very well. It had all the beds we needed and a pool with hot tub. The property could use some TLC. It was a little dingy and had some broken equipment(pool screens and deck chair). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return any time. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great Spot

Brant Manor is an unbelievable place to stay. Perfect for my large family while on vacation in Tampa. It’s a beautiful setting with tons to do. It kept my large family entertained with the swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, lake and piano. Lindzy & Michael are great host, anything that came up they were immediately responsive. I highly recommend this spot.

Felt like home

This was truly a home away from home experience! The property was advertised with customer service from eye owners that matched. The unexpected part was rye welcoming of our group by residents in the neighborhood. They ensured we knew the locations to enhance our experience. I am looking to make this my annual location.
