Great Property!

This was an excellent property for our family. It was very clean and in the perfect location for us. It was a huge bonus that we could bring our family dog with us to enjoy vacation. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully clean looks to be newly remodeld. Fun place to stay

Love staying in this area. Easy to walk to restaurants or just a short drive. I picked the place because it was advertised as pet friendly but after booking I found out my wife's pet wasn't welcome. Will stay again soon

Awesome condo!

Loved the balcony and staying upstairs. Was great for our dog. Very clean! Awesome owners. We have stayed at SeaScape for many, many years and this was as good of a condo there!

Great house, great location

This condo was very spacious, clean, and bright. It had everything we needed when away from home! A great neighborhood, it was close to a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, ocean, everything you could want in December in Florida. We did not find the heated pool, so cannot speak to that. Will definitely stay here again next winter when we come back for a short break.

Miramar Beach Rental

We were so happy to find this rental for our vacation. The view looking over the pond to the ocean was awesome! Close to everything but felt private. Loved that it was a little set apart, so you didn't feel like you were in the middle of a complex. Easy walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and loved that it was pet friendly. We hope to return next year!!!

2022 VACA

The rental was great. Clean and ready with a personalized gift bag waiting for us when we arrived . The unit was very well equipped with plenty of everything we needed. The location was perfect for us , just far enough off the beach to be peaceful and private. We'll rent this one again next year. Thank you

In reviewing your reservation, we can see that you requested assistance with the door lock after regular business hours. We sent our on-call person who had to drive from a good distance away. He was able to get into the unit right away. In hindsight, we could have tried to troubleshoot the situation better over the phone which is why we gave you a refund to compensate for the wait. We hope you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home.

Our experience was awesome, the location was the best for our family with almost everything at our finger tips. We realize the golf villa was older but needs some repairs which I sent earlier. And a better way to control the small mosquitos around the unit.They were a nuisance. But still a great experience!!

Island hopping

The building was older than expected, but was in decent working order. The shower head in the 1/2 bath was broken and needs replacing. One of the patio doors was inoperable, and the refrigerator needed to be wiped clean between users. There is a wire that runs up the outside of the building that is unattached and knocks against the wall making our daughter uneasy during the stay. But otherwise it was quiet and well located on a private secure property giving us great peace of mind.
