Completed in 2022, Miyako 2 is a fully furnished one bedroom cottage with ONE queen sized bed, air conditioning and free wifi. The property is a duplex connected to Miyako 1 with a shared washer, dryer and storage unit in a common hallway. Guests can use their personal accounts to access Netflix, Spotify, etc. on a 50" smart TV. Each cottage is 1,000 sq. ft. with huge covered patios to allow for spacious outdoor living. The property is just 3 minutes walk to Freight's Bay for longboard surfing, 5 minute drive to Silver Sands kite surfing and a 10 minute walk to Miami Beach for one of Barbados most picturesque locations.

This property is also equipped with high speed internet and comfortable work areas for guests looking for a remote work location near the sea.

I'm a citizen of the USA and Barbados. An interesting mix of a Barbadian father and Japanese mother. My wife is also Japanese. We have a son in college who is the sunshine of our lives. We lived in Tokyo for 8 years and returned to California where we currently reside. Barbados is our second home where we enjoy hosting visitors as well.
