The apartment was lovely, clean, nicely furnished with new equipment:) The living area is slightly darker as it has now windows and gets daylight from neighbouring rooms. The living room features a "magic" sofa that transforms into a very comfortable bed with good mattress with just a single pull! The management agency was fantastic—super fast and friendly in their communication. Both self check-in&check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We did notify the agency about a couple of tiny maintenance items that we believe will be fixed soon (a loose shower head holder, not fully opening blinds). Also, the power tripped twice when we used multiple appliances at once. It’s a good idea for future guests to locate the fuse box upon arrival and keep a phone/flashlight handy just in case it happens in the evening. ​The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the center of Saint-Gilles&the beaches, though be aware that part of the walk doesn't have a sidewalk. ​Overall, we were
