It has 4 private bedrooms queen size beds (each private bedroom sleeps 2x4=8 persons); 2 full size beds sleeps 2x2=4 persons not private rooms; 1 futon sofa sleeps=1 persons; 3 cots moveable bed sleeps=3 persons, 1 baby playpen/baby bed. Full kitchen with a stove-oven-toaster-refrigerator-microwave-toaster oven-coffee machine-pots-pans-dishes-utensils/bathroom towels-table clothes-bedroom sheets/linens and blankets. Downstairs: 1 private bedroom, futon, cots, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. Upstairs: 3 private bedrooms, 2 full beds, 1 dining room and a family room. Televisions 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs with intranet. The balconies in the back faces the town church and front faces the port which is 1.5 km walking distance on paved walked way. You can ride a bike, rollerblade to the Garden known as Jardim Oudinot by the waterfront with a picnic area. The house is well centralized not far from big cities located in Gafanha da Nazare. Beautiful little Venice of Aveiro is 6km away and the beaches Praia da Barra 4km and Praia da Costa Nova 5km. A driving distance to the cities of Porto 70km, Coimbra 70km and Fatima 140km. In a short walking distance 300 meters there is a supermarket Paradi, Restaurante Casa Rato and many cafes near the church on Rua Jose Estevão, Gafanha da Nazaré. The house decor is an older fashionable style, clean pleasant and lots of space. Family Stay

House was fine for what we needed it for. A bit dusty like it hadn’t been used in while. There is a tenant in the back that we only found out about a week before check-in but he kept to himself. Parking was a bit tough but we had 16 people stay at the property. Over all it did it’s job for the price we paid.

Casa bastante espaçosa para grupos grandes. Cozinha bem equipada. Um senão apenas. Aconselharia a retirada de alcatifas, pois por muito que sejam aspiradas existe sempre risco de pessoas alérgicas ao pó poderem sofrer com essa situação. E ficaria mias fácil de limpar. Excelente comunicação com a anfitriã

A casa era bastante espaçosa e acomodou bem o nosso grupo. Algumas louças e talheres da cozinha encontravam-se sujas com po, bem como os pequenos equipamentos electrónicos também estavam . A governanta da casa foi sempre muito simpática e prestável .

Maison agréable, endroit calme.

A maison est grande effectivement, beaucoup de place, 4 chambres, salon énorme. 2x WC avec baignoire, par contre au 1er étage il y a carpette par tout, dans mon point de vue pas trop hygiénique, il y a une terrasse grande et couvert avec machine à laver, partagé avec un voisin juste collé à la même terrasse que nous, que j'étais pas informé de ce petit détail. Donc je pouvez pas laissez mon petit jouez tranquille et tout seul sur la terrasse car j'avais peur qu'il passe pour l'autre côté, il y a vais beaucoup de portes. La. Maison était propre en général mais pas à 100%, les petits coins avais beaucoup de poussière, l'odeur sur les linges, les armoires, avait l'odeur de maison fermé, même les micro-ondes avait un odeur au poisson. Mais un endroit cool. Calme. Les voisins pas de bruit. 10 minutes de la plage, 15 minutes du centre d'Aveiro. Il y a aussi à 2 minutes à pied un magasin "paradis" c'est bien car il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour manger.. La maison.. Bébés... Vraiment tout et pas trop chère. Juste un point intéressant et que nous on a pas trop apprécié ce que les voisins du côté gauche ils savait quand et à quelle heure on partez, donc quelqu'un à parlez d entre séjour, pas trop professionnel à mon avis. Mais c'était un séjour positive, le système de vide pour les clés ça vous permet de faire le check in/out tranquillement et à votre temps. Nous on est arrivé à 23h du soir et on a entré facilement, par contre la dame qui prend soin de la maison et venue frapper à la porte vers 00h00 pour savoir si tout vas bien, c'est super sympa mais à mon avis elle pouvait attendre jusqu'au lendemain matin, car on était super fatiguée on bébé aussi.. Et bref. Il fait partir tôt pour la plage car c'est très difficile de trouver du parking. A la maison on a parquer 2x voitures sans problèmes. Il y a toujours de la place. En résumé tout était positive, on a bien apprécié et profitez de notre séjour. Merci 🌞
