Amazing house close to everything in town but in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean, well-appointed and the hosts have thought about everything you could need during your stay. We had the best family weekend and would rent this again anytime we’re in town!

Perfect spot to hang out, cook big meals & visit with family. Home has everything you need. Easy access to center of town and outdoor recreation. Hosts were fantastic. And yes, this is a beautiful, dog friendly house.

We LOVED the Maple House!

This beautiful property is in a nice neighborhood in Trinidad. It is close to the historic downtown, the college, and central to so many great areas to explore. The owner was incredibly gracious and hospitable! I highly recommend a stay at the Maple House and am planning another stay next year!

I would stay here again!

The property is amazing, and extremely well maintained. The age give so much character, and the furnishings keep you in touch with the age of the home, done with extremely nice taste. The only issue I had was with the bathrooms. One shown in the listing isn't available, and happened to be the largest. They don't tell you that it's upstairs and apparently used for only the owners. They're also working on the very tiny back yard, so it was unusable. The neighbors are very nice! I would tell you about walking distance to downtown, but we won't discuss getting back up that hill afterward. It's a hike! If you're older, beware. Overall, I loved the property and if ever in Trinidad, would likely stay here again.

A beautiful and spacious home, a short walk from downtown

This property is a beautifully restored old home with a rich history. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the front porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cool evening breezes. We all felt the home was well supplied with not only the necessary supplies, but lovely treats and coffee were left for us in the kitchen. I hope we have the pleasure of staying at Maple House again. I absolutely loved it!
