Home was clean and very comfortable place. nice walking distance to Main Street. Will definitely stay again when back in town. Didn’t have much contact with host but also didn’t have any need to. All was as expected.

Great backyard for our pups. Perfect size property for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. Though it is close to the highway, the house is very quiet and we were never woken up from outside noise. Very close to town.

The property is very cozy inside. Perfect for 2 couples, or family of 4. It was very well stocked and met all of our needs during the stay. We will rent again if coming to Trinidad.

Quaint, charming home, comfortable bedding, provided all we needed for our 3 day trip. Could have been cleaner. Literally across the street from railroad line and Interstate 25, which surprisingly didn’t bother us. Easy walking distance to some restaurants and the river walk. Kind and welcoming neighbors. Very easy directions and check in process.

Great Casita. The small home was well appointed and the property manager (Tabatha) was most helpful and prompt with the television issue. The proximity to downtown Trinidad was close and I found that I walked several times.

Adorable home

Cozy, cute decor, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fenced back yard are just a few of the good things about this property. Easy check in. Great area for rides in the surrounding mountains. Quiet neighborhood.

Casita in Trinidad

Casita is in an older section of town. It was perfect size and very comfortable for my husband, myself and our two pups. We were there to attend a memorial service at the cemetery. The location allowed us to meet up easily with relatives and friends as it had easy access to I-25.

Very nice!

The casita was extremely clean, and neat. Everything was really nice. Great screened in back porch and the yard was perfect for our dogs. They loved it there too!!The neighbor was kinda sketchy, but it is the way all of Trinidad is. Very close to everything which is nice. Will choose this one again!! And the manager Tabatha was wonderful!!

weekend getaway

House was very cozy, bed was good, kitchen was very accommodating. Loved having a fenced yard for the dogs. Dog bowls were provided along with poop bags. Bathroom was up to date with washer and dryer. We have a very nice relaxing trip. Neighborhood was not what I expected but we had no problems. Would stay there again.

House was cute and cozy! Bedrooms were hot but fans made it better. Wish the back patio had been cleaned as there were spiders and spider webs everywhere. Otherwise it was a great stay! I’d reserve it again but in winter.

This place was a really pleasant surprise. Great value for the money. They put a bunch of work into the welcome book --- has everything you could ever want to know about the house, local things to do, places to eat, contact information for owner and host. Bedrooms are very nice and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with coffee ready to go. We spent our days on the lake. House is in a great location for quick access to state park, gas stations, eating places. Everything we needed. Communication with host was prompt and clear. Backyard and patio are very nice.
