Sweet and charming home, close to downtown Bentonville. The house has everything you may need when away from home. Owners were very responsive, and the house is exactly as advertised if not better! Would absolutely stay again!
This was a wonderful stay (once again!) for our grandparents, parent and children mixed family. The grandparents found it comfortable to lounge around while we rode out on our bike adventures. You can walk to town, access everything very easily. Great trip!
This house was great for our biking vacation. There are trails within a short ride for everyone. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we return.
We stayed here with our two young kids to ride bikes for the week. The location was great and close to the trails. We appreciated having extra bathrooms and plenty of space. The garage was a big bonus for storing bikes and the tools and bike stand came in handy for minor adjustments.
We were with another couple to stay for the Format Festival. The property is older but updated with cute furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the location was easy to find. The owners have made visible efforts to make the stay comfortable for their guests.
I cannot thank this VRBO host enough. The house is close to the trails and close to the downtown square. Plus we have a 1yr boy and they left some toys for him.

Great Hub for Riding and Running Around Bentonville
If you’re looking for a great home base to explore Bentonville by bike or by foot, look no further. The location on a quiet residential street with easy access to paved and dirt trails was perfect for a quick getaway. Beds were very comfortable, linens plentiful and clean, and we appreciated a secure garage to store bikes and other accessories. We will definitely be back and stay here!
We had an amazing stay at this fantastic house! The location is perfect for mountain biking enthusiasts—literally just minutes from some of the best trails we’ve ever ridden. The house itself was quiet, spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax after a long day on the bikes. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor covered patio was a great spot to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive. Couldn’t ask for more—5 stars all the way! We’re already planning our next visit!
This place is in the perfect spot for riding to downtown, Slaughter Pen, AND Coler. The garage had plenty of storage and tools for a couple of tweaks we needed to make. The kitchen had everything we need for a couple of big dinners and breakfasts. Beds were comfy and everyone had their own bathroom.
We booked this house over the Bentonville Bike Fest week and weekend. The home was in excellent condition, clean and had a good space in the garage for the bikes with some access to tools if needed. It was a short ride to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Also just several blocks from downtown. All the accommodations were clean, beds were comfortable. Just have all good things to say about our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty cool bike decor throughout. Certainly focused on us MTB people. Access to slaughterpen nearby. Easy in and out. Thank you for a great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay in the home. The home had everything we needed so we could have a fun week of mountain biking. The home was clean and ready to go. I had to call the owner once and Jeff picked up right away helped me out and also gave me some good trail tips. Thank you!
Big driveway and garage works great for bicycles or motorcycles. Location is easy access to main roads. Interior is set up nice maps of the area on the walls and lots of information posted about the area. Some nice touches such as tire pump, bike stand, and tool kit for guest use. Living space was very clean and well organized. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Communication was not good
The day before check in I got nothing from owner. I messaged twice through VRBO app and also left message on phone then texted phone. No response. I finally had to navigate through the VRBO 800 number and got him to respond to her and then finally to me on the day of check in just a couple of hours before we planned to hit the road. So needless to say it was stressful. Also 3 times via message app I asked if we could have 30-60 minutes leeway in departure time because I was traveling with my 90 year old mother and he never answered me.
The Ultimate MTB Basecamp in Bentonville – Perfect Location & Bike-Friendly Perks!
If you're looking for the perfect place to stay while exploring the amazing trails of Bentonville, this is it! The location couldn't be better. Right in town and situated between two iconic bike parks, Coler and Slaughter Pen. Bentonville is an incredibly bike-friendly town, so riding to these trails is safe and easy. Plus, with quick access to the Greenway, you can pedal to other trail systems like The Back 40 and Little Sugar without dealing with crowded trailhead parking lots.Another huge perk is that downtown Bentonville is just a mile away, making it super simple to bike into town for dinner and nightlife. No need to rely on a car for your entire stay!As for the house itself, it was spotless, well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, and had everything a mountain biker could want. The detailed trail maps were a great touch, and the bike-themed decor added to the adventure vibe. The garage was a huge bonus! It had a couple of floor pumps, a high-pressure fork pump, and a work stand, which were great to have since those can be bulky to pack. As for tools, I’d recommend bringing your own kit, as the ones provided were pretty basic.I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, unbeatable convenience for biking, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it the perfect home base for an MTB vacation with friends or family!
The perfect place for our stay in Bentonville. Clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for a great stay!
