The entire property was completed in 2019 and is brought into a new condition every year.

The * VILLA VITTORIO * can be reached through an electric gate, which allows access to the large and quiet private property. A short private road leads you to the best located property in Giardini Naxos.

The * VILLA VITTORIO * is in a secluded location, 50 meters high on a small hill covered with cypress trees, 10 meters behind the last row of houses in the port city, Giardini Naxos.

The * VILLA VITTORIO * is the only property in all of Giardini Naxos with this outstanding location and the unforgettable view.

Whether sunrise or moon, you will be able to enjoy both on your terrace. The roof terrace gives you a view of the mountain range and the Etna volcano ... Simply dreamlike ...

The * VILLA VITTORIO * has been designed in a contemporary way with noble materials AND WILL BE RENOVATED EVERY SEASON. So that it always appears to our guests in the latest gloss.

Due to the large rooms and large, floor-to-ceiling windows, the * VILLA VITTORIO * is very bright and offers you sea views, views of the ancient Greek theater, views of the mainland and many more views from every angle.

You can even see the mainland of Italy from the 120 m2 private terrace.

From the roof terrace, you can see the Etna in full.

Due to the quiet yet close location to the sea and the large terrace and the property overgrown with fruit trees. The * VILLA VITTORIO * is very popular.

The * VILLA VITTORIO * has a large fully equipped kitchen, a wine fridge, the modern dining area has a large dining table, with direct access to the unique terrace with the incredible view.

The large terrace is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. In the evening, the large barbecue area with a dining table invites you to grill.

From this wonderfully situated terrace you have an unobstructed 180 degree view of the sea, from here you will experience a breathtaking sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea, or marvel at the moon in full evening.

On the ground floor there is also the living room with a flat screen TV and a modern couch with a sleeping function.

The bathroom with shower and bidet, equipped with high-quality flow, is also on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads to the upper floor.

There is a work or make-up area on the upper floor. The two large, bright bedrooms with large windows through which early risers can marvel at the sunrise over the sea every day. and revelers can watch the fishermen fishing.

The beds are equipped with high quality mattresses so that your sleep is not lacking.

The second bathroom is equipped with the best tiles and you can lie down in a bathtub to relax.

On this floor there is also a roof terrace where you can sunbathe with a view of Mount Etna.

All rooms can be completely darkened with high-quality curtains and blinds.

The floors on both floors are covered with high-quality wood-look tiles.

Both floors are heated by underfloor heating in winter.

The large garden in front of and behind the house is ready to explore with a variety of fruit trees and flowers.

You can use the pool from morning to evening. Our friend and caretaker takes care of hygiene every day. He will start the pool in the morning from 7:30 a.m. Clean.

The very large pool can be used between 01.04. And 01.12.

The enclosed large courtyard with secure and free parking spaces directly at the * VILLA VITTORIO * is at your disposal.

Beautiful views, great house

Really nice house. Fantastic views of harbor. Full moon over Mediterranean worth it all. Only negative is house looked closer to water. It's not and the area is little beat. Small stuff tho. Location great for Taromina and Etna. Good eating, great walking waterfront.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, und die vielen Lobe. Die Entfernung der Villa ist wie beschrieben, Luftlinie knapp 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Gemessen über Google Earth. Das kleine Fischerdorf ist sehr begehrt und ist zum Glück sehr Tradition gestattet.

Beautiful home overlooking Ionian Sea

Too many positives to mention but will highlight the upscale home and amenities, privacy, views - especially the sunrises, tranquility furnishings,and the friendly and attentive caretaker Concetto. The only caution for elderly or disabled guests is the very steep driveway leading up to the home, making it challenging to access the beautiful village below by foot. Otherwise, we loved the home and location. Grazie!

Beware if you want Privacy

If you are looking for a private stay, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. it states there is a private pool and there is not, in fact they give access to the pool associated to the property to the apartment's downstairs and the pool is directly next to your door and the window to your living area. This means you can not leave your property open and you have to leave the curtains closed unless you want anyone at the pool to be looking directly into your property. My wife and i booked this specifically to celebrate our anniversary as we wanted a nice private location we could relax in, as you can imagine we were left thoroughly disappointed when we were sharing the property with over 8 different people during our stay

Guten Morgen Ian, vielen Dank dass du euren Eindruck, so emotional wiedergibst. In dem von dir gebuchten Objekt, wird im Inserat dargestellt, das ein Gemeinschaftspool genutzt wird. Wir hatten diese Kommunikation und haben auch gerne die Unterstützung von Fewo genutzt, leider konnten wir dich gemeinsam mit Fewo nicht davon überzeugen, das ich es so beschrieben habe, wie es dort zu finden ist. Es hätte uns sehr gefreut, wenn dein Frau und du, auch ein paar positive Worte, zu der sehr guten Ausstattung der Villa, die sehr gute Lage der Villa und den sehr guten Blick und die persönliche Betreuung von mir und von dem Concetto, unseren Concierge verloren hätte. Ich kann nur auf alle anderen Bewertungen hinweisen. Da wir die Villa nicht vor Der Ankunft von Ian umgestaltet haben..

Einfach ein Traum

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Concetto unser Ansprechpartner ist immer erreichbar, sehr entgegenkommend. Einen besseren Aufenthalt zum abschalten gibt es nicht. Auch einen Ausflug in die Stadt zum Abendessen oder Flanieren ist kein Problem. Umliegende Aktivitäten sind von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wunderschöne Location

Die Villa entspricht in allen Details der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An dem 180 Grad Ausblick kann man sich nicht sattsehen. Alles ist top gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool. Das könnte die herrliche Ruhe im Sommer etwas stören. Hat für uns aber keine Rolle gespielt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne irgendwann einmal wieder.

Giardini Naxos and Villa Vittorio

The property itself is excellent-clean-stocked with proper kitchen items-modern appliances. the bedrooms on 2nd floor (2 with Queen beds) have beautiful views of the bay and quite adequate with comfortable bedding. Located high above the town and with a gated driveway the property views are fabulous from bedrooms to the very large deck facing the town and Bay. Although we did not use the communal pool it is beautiful. we did use one of the local beach clubs which was very nice and swimming in the Mediterranean was wonderful. This beach area is much better than the rocky beaches over near Taormina.Taormina is beautiful and worth strolling the town for the Greek Ruins, the amphitheater and the shopping. Dining is also excellent in Taormina with numerous restaurants of quality.Our villa was a 20-25 minute ride to Taormina via the very windy roads up through the hills, common to the region. If headed to Taormina and vicinity, Giardini Naxos is an excellent choice and this villa as well. Our family were Margaret and I, my 23 year old daughter and boyfriend and we all loved it Harold Blank and Family

Die Villa ist wunderschön! Sie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bilder im Inserat sind genauso wie man das Objekt vorfindet. Concetto ist unser grande Chef gewesen, er kümmert sich um jedes Anliegen und ist mit vollem Herzen dabei! Ebenfalls der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer war sehr professionel, zuverlässig und sehr angenehm. Das lebendige Giardini Naxos ist ein Traum und die Villa bietet den dazu gehörigen Luxus und die Ruhe. Alle Mitreisenden waren sehr happy! Ich kann diese Villa nur empfehlen!

Nice views, fully renovated, highly recommended property

This is a very nice property. The views are extraordinary and you can enjoy them from a very large terrace, where you can even have dinner for 6 people. The property is facing east and hence very sunny until noon. The property is fully renovated, with attention to details, including kitchen and bathrooms (2). The air conditioning is easy to operate. Living room and dining room form a large space with big windows on the views. The two bedrooms are spacious but under the sloping attic, so access to one side of the double bed in each room requires paying attention not to hit your head on the ceiling. this did not bother us too much. There is ample space to park your car and the property is protected by a locked gate. It is better to have a car if you rent this property. The property is 10 minutes away by car from Taoermina, the magnificent old city. One negative, that can easily be fixed by the owner, is that in one of the bedrooms the sheets are made of polyester, which is uncomfortable. Also the pillows in that room have seen better days. Reception after 8:30 pm by Mr Concetto was very efficient and he was helpful and available during our stay. A big thanks. Should we decide to come back to the region, we would definitely look to rent this property again.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben 14 Tage in dieser wirklich schönen Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entspricht genau den Fotos und alles ist perfekt gepflegt. Es gab nichts, was uns gefehlt hätte. Ideal fanden wir auch, dass man fußläufig unzählige Restaurants und Shops erreichen kann. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist Giardini Naxos auch ideal. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich der absolut atemberaubende Blick in jede Richtung. Wir haben die Tage auf "unserer" Terrasse in vollen Zügen genossen. Auch als absolut hervorragend zu bewerten ist die Freundlichkeit und ständige Hilfsbereitschaft von Concetto. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für das Engagement bezüglich unserer Geburtstagsfeier und den überaus leckeren Prosecco!!! Auch Vittorio haben wir kennengelernt, da er am Abend vor unserer Abreise eintraf. Und so konnten wir vor Ort schon unsere Begeisterung über dieses schöne Objekt kundtun. Jedenfalls vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Eine kleine Anmerkung möchten wir jedoch zu dem Gemeinschaftspool machen: Wenn man, wie wir, in dem oberen Teil der Villa wohnt, kann die Ruhe schon mal etwas beeinträchtigt werden, wenn die Gäste der unteren Appartements viel Zeit am Pool verbringen, da dieser direkt neben der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer liegt. Das ist jedoch unser persönliches Empfinden und hat unser Wohlbefinden lediglich kurzfristig ein wenig geschmälert. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Ort mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand von Giardini Naxos. Die Villa war sehr sauber, voll möbliert und mit hochwertigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen schönen Garten, in dem Sie reife Früchte einsammeln und auf der Terrasse der Villa essen können. Der Pool war sehr sauber und in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Wir haben es sehr genossen in der Hitze (34 Grad) ein Bad zu nehmen. Die Villa, ist zu Fuß, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Concetto, der vom Moment des Eincheckens an super hilfsbereit und verfügbar war und tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gab. Er ist der beste Gastgeber der sizilianischen Gastfreundschaft. Auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine Flasche Wein bei der Ankunft und die Verkostung von hausgemachtem Concetto-Limoncello bei der Abreise, haben wir sehr geschätzt. Emanuele, der Eigentümer war nicht persönlich vor Ort. War aber sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Wenn die Zeit es mal wieder erlaubt, kehren wir gerne wieder an diesen, für uns besonderen Ort zurück. Vielen Dank !

Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sauber, eine wöchentliche Reinigung könnte angeboten werden. EIne schriftliche Beschreibung Klima- und Medienanlage wäre hilfreich. - Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter, der schnell auch unsere Extrawünsche erfüllte und fehlende Dinge sofort besorgte, dabei unterstützt von dem immer präsenten Concetto. - Dinge, die uns nicht gefielen, betreffen eher den persönlichen Geschmack !

Fantastic location for exploring the Eastern Coast of Sicily

Villa Vittorio was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay for several days while visiting Taormina, Mt Etna, Noto and Syracuse. The Villa has sweeping views of the Ionian Sea, the town of Giardini Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. The finishes and furnishings are very high quality and there were many nice touches in the completely stocked kitchen including coffee, seasonings, oil and vinegar for salads and a guest bottle of wine. It was bit cool on our visit to enjoy the lovely pool, but it was beautifully maintained-even in the face of days with high winds that blew some dust and debris into the water. Our host and the property manager were very responsive to the few questions that we posed. The local restaurants that they recommended were excellent. We had a wonderful stay in Giardini Naxos-thanks Emanuele and Concetto!
