Beautifully furnished and well-appointed spacious three-bedroom duplex in a quiet, private setting. Comfortable screened-in porch, open deck and back patio overlook wetlands. Well-stocked kitchen with counter seating. Amenities include central air, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and gas grill. The living area features a gas fireplace. High speed internet and three tv’s with Firestick or Roku. A short walk to the community pool and close to the fairgrounds. Three-night minimum in off season. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).

WONDERFUL!!!

We were very pleased with this property, the location and pool. Enjoyed the screened in porch. The first floor master suite was so convenient. The grandkids loved having a pool and it was so easy to get too. Even with the rain we had a WONDERFUL vacation.

Bay Pony almost perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a terrific stay at Bay Pony. Would have been perfect but the mattresses on the beds are extremely uncomfortable and we had a tough time getting a good nights sleep (also a stain left behind on/behind/under master bed- not from us). Other than that, it was comfortable and clean and just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Space, has everything you need

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Bay Pony. The house is clean and comfortable, kitchen is very well-equipped, and the outdoor space is nice. We were there on a quiet weekend off-season. Would love to come back when it's warmer and the pool is open!
