OIB CHILLIN' 2 is a 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Oceanfront Duplex that sleeps 22 people. We can also rent as complete 12 Bedroom 8 Bath Private Home which is great for weddings or large family reunions. Located at 60 East First Street OIB CHILLIN' 2 is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on the island. Each side has parking 8 cars. For guest safety and security nest cameras are installed in parking area. Gas Grills. Full size Washer and Dryer. Master bedroom has King size bed and the other 5 bedrooms have 2 full size beds in each room

OIB CHILLIN' FAMILIES OF PROPERTIES ARE API (APPLICATION PROGRAMMIMG INTERFACED) INTEGRATED WITH VRBO THROUGH OWNERREZ SOFTWARE.

AT BOOKING GUEST PAY THE INITIAL RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT TO OWNER AND VRBO'S SERVICE FEE FOR USING VRBO SITE TO BOOK BY CREDIT CARD ON VRBO PLATFORM.

ALL PAYMENTS AFTER INITIAL BOOKING ON VRBO SITE ARE COLLECTED BY PROPERTY OWNER DIRECT BY PERSONAL CHECK. We are Wayne and Angie Michelli and we have 2 Daughters Ashley and Jenna.
We live in Kingsport Tennessee and have owned a Full Service Seafood Restaurant since 1991. We love to travel and fell in love with OIB in 2008.
I am also a pilot so OIB made perfect sense for our family having the airport located so close to the island to travel back and forth. Angie as a child vacationed in South Myrtle Beach and wanted something close by for day trips to Myrtle Beach. Come find out as many have that OIB gives you an uncrowded beach in a very family friendly location.

Why they chose this property

We purchased OIB Chillin a 8 bedroom 8 bath Oceanfront home (VRBO#303854) located at 156 East First in the Fall of 2008. We loved Ocean Isle Beach so much we decided to purchase 60 East First in 2018 which will now be know as OIB CHILLIN" 2. We will now have the flexibility to visit OIB during the Summer Season. We have great plans for this home. Current plans include Pool being installed in Fall of 2018 for the 2019 season. Upgrading first floor living and kitchen areas to create a mid-range priced wedding venue to sleep 40 people and have a brides and grooms side of the house so everyone can be together in one location.

What makes this property unique

Get up every morning and watch the sun rise from the porch overlooking the ocean. You are a few steps from the house to the beach and since this property is only located 1/4 east of the pier it is a easy walk to all the shops
