We had a great time in Williams at this cabin. It gave us a good base camp for Grand Canyon and Page area activities. Easy to get to the south entrance. Everything was perfect with the home on check in. Well stocked and we didn’t need anything other than our groceries. The area is quiet and it’s a beautiful home and property. The kids had a blast.
I rented this cabin for my nine year-old birthday celebration and we had a great time. The cabin was beautiful and in very short distance of snow tubing, Bearizona and canyon coaster!
We have stayed at this cabin multiple times and it never fails to meet our expectations. Great cabin with a perfect location, always enjoyed our stay there and will go back. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I took my wife, five children ages, 15,13,13,4, and two, with grandpa to this amazing cabin. We had so much fun playing in the snow, sipping hot cocoa on the porch, playing pool and board games. And of course visinting downtown williams. Its a very short drive to Bearizona, downtown Williams, and the canyon coaster. The cabin was STUNNING. We have been to many wonderful cabins in Sedona, Payson, Oak Creek Canyon, Show Low etc. This is one of our favorites. The beds were comfy, the cabin was very clean. Water was nice and hot. Absolutely wonderful.
We booked this cabin for a weekend getaway to go to the Polar Express and it was absolutely perfect! It's a short drive into town...maybe 5 minutes. This cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a really nice and cozy stay!
This home is very well appointed. It has everything you need (and more) to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The host was quick to respond with any inquiries and check in was simple.
The cabin was a perfect size for our family celebration and had many things for everyone to do. Weather was perfect and had a great time.

Cabin was wonderful! Quiet and out of the way, but very close to the small happening’ and fun town of Williams. About one hour south of the Grand Canyon.
Beautiful location! Our family enjoyed our stay!

California- Polar Express
The house is beautiful and has every ammenty needed. What a great location for the Polar Express. From the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the playroom, this house is a home away from home! Our family would highly recommend this Log Cabin and we will be back!
The house was beautiful, great space and just a gorgeous house. Everything we needed. We were ok with the water conservation, but it was always on my mind, so not as stress-free as I would have liked for a vacation. . If water conservation does not bother you, it is just a great place for a quite weekend.

Wonderful!
This is our 3rd trip to the cabin and we love it. My girls are 6, 5,5, and they had a blast this year playing in the basement and actually getting to sled with the fresh snow. There was not a thing missing in the house that we wished we had had. Definitely will return, in fact my girls wanted to come back every year! Thanks Kristie
We decided in 2023 that we were going to focus our spending on making memories as a family rather than buying a bunch of forgettable gifts for our adult kids. Accommodating 8-10 adults is no easy task and we found this cabin to be perfect! It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and very helpful. We enjoyed games and crafts on the main floor and played pool and video games downstairs. The main floor has a master and powder bath and the 3 other bedrooms (1 master and 2 others that shared a bath) were downstairs. There are large couches on each floor. There was plenty of room for everyone including our family from Vegas that was staying in Flagstaff and came over for BBQ. So many amazing memories!Proximity to Williams made for easy access to the Grand Canyon Train and sightseeing. Highly recommend checking out the Poozeum. We were there during a busy time without a lot of time between guests so the cleaning seemed rushed. Plenty of clean towels and sheets but the detailed cleaning like dusting door jambs, shelves, detailed mopping etc was not the best. This in no way took away from our experience and the host was super gracious when we mentioned it to her.All in all we loved the cabin and look forward to returning.
The property is literally five minutes to the polar Xpress. Also the Grand Canyon train ride. We did both had a fabulous time. Highly recommend it. The property has plenty of slopes for sledding, and the sleds are included. The driveway was a little wet and muddy. However, they had no problem getting someone to snow plow. Would definitely come back again. Love the gas fireplace. So easy to use versus burning wood. Kids love the pool table.
The cabin overall is very nice and clean. Distance from Williams is excellent. Only thing I would say that was less then excellent was the fact that they are doing some sort of construction/dirt work behind the house. Which made looking out the rear windows all weekend at piles of dirt and rocks and multiple construction equipment vehicles such as excavators and diesel pick up trucks less then desirable. I'm sure the owners have no control over it but a warning would have been nice. Overall was a great experience .

Once Wonderful
The property was probably once spectacular. However, there is a lot of maintenance issues that should be addressed, i.e. the front doors to the house wouldn’t open (with a handwritten sign saying ‘do not open’) so we only had access to the outside from the garage; many of the inside doors had to be forced to open; the kitchen garbage bins were broken and unusable; no hot water (no water at all) from one of the sinks in the master bathroom, and the clothes washer was a challenge to use. Because the owner charged a hefty security deposit, we were concerned that we would be ultimately responsible for a lot of the neglected maintenance. When we arrived, animals had obviously raided the trash as fresh garbage was strewn all over the front lawn. Not a welcome sight for our first view of the property. As we learned later, the garbage had been outside for quite a few days. The photo of the surroundings is quite misleading as it is not in a grassy valley but in a forest-bare area with no view. The house is well furnished and fun for a large family with children however, the many maintenance issues really need to be addressed.
This home was a perfect location for my family (4 adults and 3 kids). We were an hour away from Grand Canyon, an hour from Sedona, and the town of Williams was quite fun (Go to Bearizona = so much fun). The house itself was quite nice. The kitchen was very large and the family room was more than adequate for our family to have some fun game nights after exploring all day.
The only knock on it is that the backyard is under construction so we did not get to enjoy many daytime views out back (but we never saw or heard anyone working). When the construction is done, it will be GORGEOUS, but I don't know when that will be. But then again, most of the time we got back at sunset which sets behind the house on a small tree lined hill - so the construction never really affected our nighttime star viewing. We saw a few deer near the home and heard some other wildlife while sitting on the back porch.
With this location and setup, I would stay here again time and time again.
