I like the location the house is nice too but there was several little things that I thought were not okay! Like the check in check out it’s a really late check in and super early out I feel like they are basically taking an entire day out. The pool is not clean. Over all I don’t think I’ll book with Vicasa again

Pool heater

We love the house but we didn’t like that the pool heater was not working and that was the reason I rent this house again. So we can use the pool.

Disappointed

Overall, the interior of the home was very clean, and the location was great. When we arrived, we were not able to get inside with the access code, even though we had the correct code. We had to call management as soon as we arrived. As we made our way to the pool, we noticed the yard was left a mess, and the pool was filthy, proof was sent to management. I immediately called management again. They sent someone out to shock the pool the next day. This was day 2 of our 4 day stay and my kiddos couldn’t swim yet again because the pool was still disgusting. We were extremely disappointed. Not only were we dissatisfied with this issue, but the internet wasn’t working, and we could not watch cable/Roku. I have a teen with special needs which could not understand why he couldn’t swim, watch tv or even use his tablet. We chose to leave a day early, and we were credited for that day. However, we feel we should have been compensated for the inconvenience of not having these three amenities. Numerous calls were made to management, which was a waste of my time. This was by far one of the worst stays we’ve had.
