Wish I could have stayed longer. Quick and easy walk to beach. The private pool was nice, the whole family enjoyed it. Very spacious house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was nice. Overall the house was good. Had some issues with the water. The hot water felt lukewarm at best and the cold water also felt like room. Loved being able to walk out and get in the private pool. It was really nice since we travelled with 2 little children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location but many maintenance and cleanliness issuesWe stayed here with a group of 7 for 8 days. The property is a nice distance from the beach, which was convenient.Unfortunately, several things needed attention: • Multiple doors were difficult to open and close properly. • The railing on the front patio felt very unstable and unsafe. • There was no light bulb over the stovetop. • The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. • The air conditioning did not reach the downstairs area well. It stayed stuffy and hot, and there was no way to adjust the fan. • There was trash scattered around the pool area. • Several jets were sticking up in the pool, and one was missing a cover. • The living room TV streaming services were locked, so we couldn’t log into any of them, and the local channels also did not work. • The blinds in the living room could not be twisted open. • The floors were filthy—our feet turned black after walking around. • There was only one outdoor trash can. With 7 people for 8 days, we had nowhere near enough capacity for all the trash by the end of the trip.Overall the location was good, but the lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, and working amenities made the stay frustrating.

Location was fabulous. Pool was great, warm. House was nice. The furniture in the livingroom and the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. We slept in the bed anyways. Overall we had a great stay.

Great beach house, very good value

We had a great stay here with our extended family and dogs. The house was even better than the pictures show, and the value was fantastic. Beach is in walking distance even for little kids, and the house is right in the thick of cool businesses - food, beach rentals, and all the rest. Everyone had a wonderful time here!

Beach House Beach YEAH!

The home is older/dated but is nicely furnished and clean. The WIFI worked well and the TV was really nice. Main downer was the master bathroom shower which did not work very well at all. Very very little water or pressure coming out of the shower-head.

Family Vacation

Overall a spacious house with a nice pool. Plenty of room for large group. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs can be difficult for older travelers due to stairs. All other living areas are upstairs. Could use some general maintenance such as nails in back stairs leading to pool, stains on master carpet, front door can be difficult to open, new grill needed (bought a grill due to shape of grill at house), gate to backyard needs attention, plants on backyard sidewalk need to be cut back. Family had a nice time. Would stay again.

Family girls trip

We had an amazing time for our family girls trip with grandma’s, aunties, cousins and sisters!! The pool was great and there was ample parking spots at the house for a big group. The house location was so close to everything. There was a beach access that was so conveniently close by so it was so easy to get to the beach. The house it self was clean and well kept. We were short blankets though but I called the after hours hotline number and they brought them right over!!! The pool is a great size and the kids loved it!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it especially if you have a big group, and is very kid friendly and family oriented!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have 5 kids. The outdoor inground pool was such a life saver! The kids enjoyed staying in the pool most of every day we were there. Two families stayed here and it was very spacious and comfortable! THE AC WORKS AMAZING! The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own BLANKETS AND PILLOWS. They do not have ANY extras. It didn't bother us one bit though. All in all the house was GREAT! Oh and they do not have a decent grill to cook out on. It was very small and VERY used. We made it work. Just took a couple hours to get it going and cook all the burgers we had. Little disappointed in that but hopefully in the future they get one.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Total disappointment. One of the rooms had an awful pee smell, my son was unable to sleep in that room it was so bad. The sofas looked and smelt dirty, sat on the kitchen chairs the whole weekend. Downstairs bathroom had a window with no Blind or curtains to cover felt totally exposed. Outside stair broke as my husband was walking down it. Pool was dirty, pool net was broken so we were unable to clean it ourselves. When I called the property management they did not try to make the situation right. All I got was a thank you we will make note of your complaints. Never Again. It’s an older property that needs cleaning and updates.
