App. A: Approximately 25sqm large holiday room with separate entrance - double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, fitted kitchen with sink, dishes, pots etc., fridge and stove, TV, seating area. Directly at the Oberhundemer Kurpark and the direct access to the Rothaarwandersteig. Ferienapp. in the state-approved health resort Oberhundem on the edge of the Rothaarsteig.

The price of 26.- € refers per person per night for occupancy of 2 persons

Single supplement 10, - € per day
Final cleaning 30, - € (not applicable if you book 4 days or more!) The final cleaning does NOT include the cleaning of the small kitchen and eventl. used dishes, pots, glasses etc. This is the task of the guest.
Towel package 5, - € per person (if requested)

Deposit: 100.- € cash on key collection - repayment by bank transfer after final cleaning (max 3 days).

Price per week: 140.- € pp Single supplement 55.- €

Monthly price: 449.- € pp single room supplement 125.- €

Attention: sometimes the prices here at fewo not correctly represented, as z. B. the single supplement and the supplement for pets is not considered. But you will receive an exact list of eventl before the binding booking. additional fees.

The booking should be made at least one week BEFORE departure!
