The accommodations at the home were perfect. The six bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and elevator were a priority for our group. The common areas were comfortable for relaxing and socializing. We also enjoyed the location across from the beach and for exploring the entire island. Our one complaint was very poor internet service and tv connection. These items should be updated and more user friendly.

I had a wonderful experience! Everything was exactly as described, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The place was clean, had amazing views, was comfortable, and well maintained. Communication was also great, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again. Very nice being ocean front and having a pool. Part of freezer was broke when we got there on Saturday and wasn’t fixed until Wednesday so the ice maker did not make ice until Friday. WiFi was spotty. Other than those minor things the house was great!

It was ideal for a large group getaway. The kids particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the pool area stood out as a definite highlight for everyone. The view from the balcony was stunning, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. However, I did notice a few shortcomings in the kitchen amenities; it would greatly benefit from some essential items like oven mitts, a pizza cutter, and perhaps some nicer pans. Overall, it was a delightful stay and we would definitely come back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The property was fabulous, and exceeded our expectations! The view was spectacular from morning until the gorgeous sunsets over the water. Five sisters and our spouses were all in agreement that this was a perfect destination to relax and enjoy the beautiful island!

Great place

Plenty of room for our group of 10. Loved the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was fantastic. Could have used more bathroom towels and kitchen linens but otherwise the house was fantastic.

Beautiful Home and Location

Awesome location and views! Enjoyed the pool, rooftop and balconies overlooking the Gulf. House was decorated nicely, bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. Lots of stairs, but elevator came in handy for luggage, groceries, etc. Some maintenace items need to be addressed, which is my reason for four star review.

Great location and great house!

Awesome property directly across from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and easy access to beach and pool. Rooms were spacious and had nice decor, colors, and furniture. Easy check-in, property management was super-friendly and responsive, but we had absolutely no issues. The area had great food as well so our vacation overall was 10 out of 10!

A most photogenic rental!

One of the best parts of this rental was seeing the number of people drive by just to take a picture of it! Perfectly situated across from the beach with a secluded pool and full of amenities. Rental process and communication was superb. Already looking forward to booking for next year.

Place was very nice, but the major downer was we had no refrigerator for over 72 hours in the kitchen. Worked with the company managing the place, ashing to be compensated for this inconvenience multiple times with no response. Contacted the owner, and again no response. This unit is very nice, but expensive and we should have been compensated.

Unfortunately, the unit required a new control board that had to be ordered. While we understand this was an inconvenience, there was another functional full size refrigerator located in the garage for your use during that time. Unforeseen mechanical issues are sometimes out of our hands, but we acted as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. Regarding compensation, I do not see any prior correspondence about this request. However, I do see that you reached out about rebooking the same property for next year. Again, please accept our apologies for this unforeseen issue. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and its stunning views; it truly is an amazing location.

Friends at the beach

Wonderful location across street from beach access. Beautiful home with rooms that easily accommodate a lg group (9) and every bedroom has a private bath! Elevator was great for moving luggage and groceries up and down. Nice indoor and outdoor furniture. Loved it!

Beautiful Sun Views

The house is located beautifully for sunrises and sunsets and gorgeous water views. The house was very clean and equipped well for all of our needs. With six master suites and a children’s bunk room, we had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 children. The elevator was handy for luggage and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with its warm temperatures and quiet setting. It was the perfect house for our family Christmas gathering.
